2013-2018 Cadillac ATS 2.0T - Oil Leak

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

My 2014 Cadillac ATS had an oil lea running down the top of the turbo housing. So I replaced the seals and the banjo bolt holding the oil supply to the turbo and the leak was fixed. Only takes about 10 minutes start to finish. Your driveway will thank you!

Hope it works for you. I had to inspect it very carefully to see the leak was from the turbo oil line. Look for oil standing in places near the area. Once I fixed this, it took about 2 weeks for the residual oil to fully burn off but now there is no more burning oil smell for me.

Hey what did that smell like? Currently get a really nasty burnt smell when I come to a complete stop... I'm thinking it could be this? Sort of smells like a plastic burn smell, friend of mine is thinking the smell is oil.

The part can be found on Amazon or Rockauto or a bunch of places. I bought the whole Supply Line Assembly that comes with the banjo bolt and the seals. It was GM Genuine 12679314. Total cost with shipping and taxes was about $35. Just make sure to get the SUPPLY line not the RETURN line if your leak is in the same location
