Thanks for this video, but for those who end up here, there is absolutely no reason to A) _fully_ remove the inner plastic piece and no reason to B) remove the window glass at all. I replaced my actuator in the passenger side of a 2016 CX-5 with this video as guidance but did about half the work this video shows.
