You know you're living the rich life when you can have Aircon and heated seats both on at the same time

I passed my driving test yesterday and went car (window) shopping today! I’ve decided to get myself one of these, it’s a lovely car! I appreciate proper handbrakes too, that was a requirement!

Love the video Barrie. Flipped a few of these and came across a black 5 door move up. Will hopefully be Retrofitting heated seats and electric mirrors in it. Already fitted 17 inch polygon alloys on it which adds a sporty look to the car. Hate to see the bad drivers you came across. The driving standard has gone down sadly and best to have a dashcam in place

Most enjoyable and complete video. I write from France, ownn ig a 2014 metallic black 3 door Blue Motion Cool Up, same alloys,tinted rear windows air con etc, bought in 2018 from VW with 65000 km now 75000 . Retired_ local runs, have owned other makes of German powerful engines, this car has typical solid quality build and German friends find it a more than acceptable downsize if you have run larger German cars. Most economical and over here some are asking more than I paid in 2008 , first car in a lifetime that has appreciated through state of market.Have seen several European reviews but your one is far ahead delivered in a comfortable but detailed manner.

Great video. Ive got the GTI model in Tornado Red and a 5 door model. Nearly had it a year with just 2,700 miles on the clock! Love it though.

My little 2012 VW up! had had its last service at 95.580 km (late 2019), when would you do the next service? I regularly check the fluid levels and top up, the car is currently at 103.750 km.

I have a Range Rover but my brother uses it more then me because I bought a Volkswagen up 2019

It’s drum brakes on the rear of these. Pulsating/judder usually means that it’s time for a rear strip and clean brake service.

Dan L yep, its mainly coming through the steering wheel so probably more the discs, could be drums too, we will check thanks

I bought a low mileage vw up and the wipers were terrible too but they were very cheap to replace

yes. I think a lot of wipers get abused in the winter months, firstly by trying to wipe frozen windscreens and then the chemicals in de-icer finish them off

i fitted new glow plugs today one was very tight but all done now for 7 years

it was a trying day yesterday to say the least, he Go pros are very wide angle and make objects appear a lot further away than they actually are, but a few close calls yesterday thats for sure

Too many idiots on the road and this video shows it. I've got a dashcam and try and report most of them with action being taken on most cases

Then its a good job its my car and i can do what i want with it, by the way i sit/lean against the headlight not on the bonnet so no cars are harmed during the making of my videos
