    karate ( apart for being philosophy and a way of life itself ) is great for beginning and training, competitions for some time, but if you want to go further, to make step ahead, then you need to involve your karate in other types of martial arts, like Judo, Jiu jitsu, etc. In other words - mixed martial arts. It's all about learning, it doesn't need to stop on training and limit yourself on just karate itself. One should always strive for more , to expand his martial arts universe

    I am agree that if you want to learn karate, you have to start with traditionnal karate... I am a traditionnal practicant of Kase Ha Shotokan ryu, but this does not mean I can not practice sport karate on high level. WKF is much harder and faster then any other organization... and I know it as I was ESKA champion before beeing WKF champion... traditionnal is good... but if you are realy the best, you evaluate.. like Kokubun, traditionnal and WKF champion :)

    so now you're faster than Sensei Kase right ! you got to be kidding, karate is not about loosing or winning, it's about to be able to control your body and mind, Japaneses Senseis ain't have no broken hips, Sensei Hirukazu Kanazawa is 80 old and still training, I don't think that competitors will do so, you're talking about studies, nobody studied karate art like Japanese.

    What is bad about it? Are you comparing it to reality street fighting? Then okay I can see you're point. These guys are training for a point system karate sport event where any direct shots to the front part of the body stops the sparing, point is earned, and sparring is reset. So in that sense the video makes sense to me and these guys are world class at that sport.

    I think Aghayev fights ugly, He is amazing ofc, specially in doing basic moves, He can do it faster than anyone in the sport, but if look style... Biamonti and Lefrev fight a most complex technic and have a wider range... I know he is the Best in karate history... but I would rather watch other world champions...

    si gracias,desgraciado,he hecho shotokan 7 años y he participado a competiciones nacionalase y a un compentecion mundial de kumite y kata.

  • @larent17
    @larent1711 жыл бұрын

    Le karaté n'est pas vraiment compatible avec le combat au KO, les combats se termineraient après quelques secondes et le but n'est pas de se faire défoncer la tronche mais bien de se concentrer sur la technique... En karaté, la compétition n'est pas un but mais une étape. Et dans la rue, le karaté est fait pour surprendre, être explosif et terminer le combat en quelques secondes. On voit rarement dans la rue des combats qui durent aussi longtemps que dans la cage.

    First , sorry to read that you and a other user has a writing fight... But that goes out of the martial art mind now about your comment noted about point accordance in wkf Karate like any other activity has to evaluate with the time... A punch made with the back leg in the air do not mean the punch in not properly made if he has all criteria... Zanshin included... Zanshin don't not mean your foot has to stay on the floor... But a spirit you have to show... So yes wkf has the best karate athletes in the world and any traditional a bit open mind will accept and agree with me....
