Today, I’ll be sharing with you guys my skin problems.
My face was in GOOD condition until
In 2012 due to consuming collagen in young age, my face started to have pimples.
It was FORM 3 , and it’s a tough journey.
NOTE : Try facial at beauty clinics !
If your face have some bumps , DON’T WORRY
just apply mask more frequent , lessen foundation
(masks to lock the moisture in your face)
The most important thing is to be hardworking and never ever skip your skincare routine ✨
After 4 years , I went through lot experiences to have a good skin now.
( Only take MEDICATION when it’s way too SERIOUS)

Depends on the brand ; for me I’ll ask the sales assistant ☺️ Initially, i thought all should be washed off but I found out few brands, don’t need to !

我之前也是每个月都要从penang去到sp去看Dr khoo 等着看的人也不少😭 还好真的救了我 😂

我也是喝了Collagen狂爆痘！而且是无头的！后来问了一些朋友说有些人本身体内就已经有足够的Collagen，身体排泄不掉，太滋润了，就会排泄在脸上。所以我觉得Collagen不是每个人适合，也不一定每个Collagen是纯的。所以太年轻还是不要乱喝😂现在我也是对Collagen有恐惧感🌚

I had a super good skin as my mum always brings me to facial until I consumed collagen when I was 15 ! And everything started to change 😳

千万别挤，久了毛孔会变大，可以擦salicylic acid serum，inkey list 的bha serum就很不错，在sephora 就可以买，要一直擦才有用哦😉这些是我皮肤科医生告诉我的
