I love this car..

I drive a 1.6 Diesel version of this car and I love it. Very comfy ride and the great torque. Handling not as great as my previous Renault Megane Hatch. But this cabin is very quiet. Panoramic sunroof is a great plus. Fuel consumption is amazingly good especially on highways. I'm glad mine doesn't have too much of these annoying noises as in this video. Maybe the dealer got thise settings disabled. The EGS gearbox is something one will need some time to get used to.

the handling of this car makes you feel that your going to lose the rear control of the car, but actually I like it.

I had a Opel Insignia for 3 months and traded it towards a C4, I wasnt too happy because the C4 is a smaller car but i love it, Pimping it WRC style

Both the VTi and THP engines are part of the Prince engine family. The Cooper and 308 VTi 120 share the same engine for example.

Well they have 4 or 5 different settings for the sounds in the car... Love to drive it, mine has now 48.000km

We used to get them in the US. I don't think we are missing out on much if they are anything like what they were in the 70's and 80's.

This is because it is the same engine. Peugeot, Citroen and MINI share the same "Prince" engine.

I must admit , you have given the best instruction manual this car could have offered without reading it! Unfortunately for the car; this is the most uninspiring decription of this vehicle I have ever seen...I've owned numerous Cits and I'm glad you are not employed by the marketing division of Citroen... the engine of citroen c4 like engine peugeot 1.6

I was getting a citroen c4 but it got damaged on delivery so i ended up with a ford focus I hate it. It has got a heated windscreen and DAB radio as standard but the rear windows have manual handles now this ford focus was only registered in september 2012 also it is quite heavy on fuel. i can change it in 2015 can't wait and i'm sure it will be the c4 i get

Hi both! How are you guys getting on with your cars? I am about to purchase a second hand bronze Citroen C4 1.6 e-HDi Airdream VTR+ EGS6 5dr and I have to say: this car is not a bad looking one. Did a test drive and I feel like it fits my driving style very well: I am a very calm driver who enjoys driving. I hope you guys are well and looking forward hearing from you :)

@@andreivalentinteodor3805 sadly I didn’t get to drive it long it was my brothers car that we both drove he picked it up on the 17th June 2013 he died on the 2nd August 2013. Put around 2,000 miles. I had the same EGS6 gearbox in my new 2014 C3 Picasso 1.6 VTi 120. Now I loved the EGS but they can be a nightmare when they go wrong and can be expensive to put right. And with it being a semi Auto it will have a clutch as well which you will have to replace sooner or later

The DS3, DS5 and peugeot 308 THP has that engine here in Brazil (1.6 turbo 165hp). DS5 should have a 2.0 turbo engine :/

WhiteSlift i think you can change them on a few different sounds. So weird and funny. The same with the parking brake sound

The steeringwheel is on the wrong side :P nah, but love the new dashboard, too bad the new c4 doesn't have the dynamic xenon lights that move with the steeringwheel

Way too much outside noise that spoiled this otherwise cool video - You must pay more attention to this as it really hugely annoy. Apologizing doesn't help. Then You moved inside and it went completely awful with some rain or what was it sound!
