I have this exact car at 121,114 miles... I’ve had it for about 3 years now and got it back when it had around 75,000 or so. It’s been a good car but lately I’ve been having issues with it’s engine... a lot of revving up to 3 even 4 rpm on idle for no reason... wheels have held together for the whole time I’ve had them with the exception of one tires popping off the wheel because of bad roads 🙄😅 This car handles really well. Driving is fun and steering is quite easy! The sound system is pretty nice too! Even just sitting in it and turning it up to 10 volume is pretty loud and nice sounding! Overall it’s a nice car! Just be aware of some of the common complaints!

Great review. However, the Eco is not a base model. The rims are a step up, along with the 17 inch tires and extra air flow guards underneath come to mind.

He should've reviewed the Diesel, they are were really nice cars. Some of them had 4G, blind spot monitoring, cross traffic alert, etc..

I just drove one of these with automatic transmission and I was surprised at how nice it was. It has very good visibility. And it’s not a tiny car. It only seems that way because so many people drive these hulking SUVs and crossovers now. To take one example, I learned to drive on a 1978 BMW 320. If you look at 1970s and 1980s BMW 3-series cars, that was considered a midsize sport sedan or coupe back in the day. But if you see them on the road now, they look really tiny compared to the other cars and SUVs on the road.

@@iakona23 to me it seems tiny cuz of how big I am, I’m 6’5” but I do miss that car, ended up selling it. I wish I didn’t

@@jm2w ok, I can see that. I’m 5-11 so I had enough room. But I could imagine that taller people would feel too cramped behind the steering wheel. As a front passenger you should be ok. Otherwise just a really nice commuter car.

Turbo fitted engines require more attention from drivers due to the issues they tend to have over time/expensive repair bills that come with them should people ignore the problems that may arise from a failing turbo.

I'm looking for one of these because they don't look bad, nor do they get bad gas mileage. I want it because of the manual and because they're dirt cheap near me.

Reliable it's not I had a '16 limited that made it to 137k when it kicked the bucket. This was after the turbo blew at 75k and needed to be replaced. The person at GM who designed the break when paid in full module is a genius.

@@LetsRideIllinois While these cars with the 1.4 are quite flawed in design, I've seen more than a few people get over 300 000km out of them with little to no issue. On the flip side, I've also seen them completely fall apart at 90-140k, despite being maintained, really weird.

Hey I thought I’d let you know that the trim eco is not base model at all. The LS trim and LT1 is lower than eco. Then it’s eco, then LT2 and then it’s ltz. Get it right for fuck sakes
