This is exactly how a sales professional should present, conduct and educate a potential owner. My hat is off to this young man. I am a 20+ year veteran of the auto industry. If this gentleman isn’t running or owning his own dealership he certainly should be. If you aren’t, however I may want to offer you a career opportunity.
