So I have one of these with an open circuit in number 6. I see the problem and I almost dented that same pipe to get rail out. I broke all 3 injectors on removing because i didn't. There is a 15 mm bolt behind driver's head to actually move that pipe out of the way . U can get to it with the right tools. I totally agree with the bs engineering in this pos...😂😂😂😂ha. But ur video showed what has to happen. There is no way to pull the rail out without damage unless u dent pipe to allow for the presssure sensor tube variable.or find the bolt I found. And mitchell service info is lacking. U can't put rail in without injectors installed in rail due to those bastard clips... May have lost my ass on this one but now I'm informed. Thank you brother

Hello sir. Thank you for posting this video. But just like other videos, you the rail out of the valley but you did not actually record the coming out. I am at the stage now where i have the 2 fuel rails completely disconnected from the fuel lines But I am still not able to remove the rails. They are trapped between the head and each other. Somebody needs to film the actual motion of removing the rail.

Hello and thank you for the comment. I agree and wish I had made the video now from start to finish. I didn't think it would have been this hard and like you I looked for a video online once I got to the rails. So, once you are at that point take the right rail out first but leave all the bolts out of both rails and make sure the left rail is all the way back down in. It is a royal pain but the rails come out. The wiring and the retarded clips hit the intake manifold and seems they will never some out but they do.
