Regarding 7:40, for the pucks on the backseat backrest, my assumption was that if I have the pucks hanging flat parallel to the floor then when the backseat bases are clicked back into place they will also hold those pucks down. Though would love to hear what Huidasource has to say on that.

I just checked and saw that the front seat bottoms are definitely different on the length of the side coverings. I need to swap those now. I do agree about the rear seat backrest with the bottoms holding them on place. I don't think they are particularly needed though. I'm not a fan of how tight it makes picking up the bottoms now. The tolerance makes it feel like my strap might break on the base. Thank you for subscribing. Lots of content to come this year.

@@timthetrailman4563 Had the same thought about how tight it made the mechanics. Hopefully it breaks in over time.

Regarding 3:50: I did the front seats on opposite sides. Not the backrest, but the base. So instead of folding that long section, it tucks into the middle. Not sure how I decided that was the way to do it. Maybe it's not.

Oh. I am going to check that out right now. They don't stay in place very well and I wonder if that will help too. They looked the same to me but it sounds like they are side specific.

Will these fit my 2016 sr5 4Runner 3rd row?

I would look on Amazon and see what their description says. I'm not sure.

The excess he shows at 4:28 is a deal breaker for me.

@scarpia519 that is a good point. I definitely put them on the wrong side and only learned that about a month ago. It would be best for me to make an updated video on that. They are good seat cover at a good price. Definitely not the best but also won't break the bank.
