This car is a home run by MB. It goes 0-60 in 7.7 seconds! That is very adequate for almost all S-Class owners. And the ability to drive a car with a "HYBRID" badge on the fender means a lot to people who are smart enough to be able to afford this car. This is the MB flagship, a car so luxurious that you have to experience it to believe it. As the cost-leader of the S-Class I expect that it will be very successful. Home run.

Hi from 2022

If you have a brand new S-class, your life is pretty much settled. I only own a used one now, a W126 1987 420SEL, and trust me it is a tank and I use it daily. Once you own one, you don't wanna drive another car :)

The creases aft the headlight and above the front wheel-well and over the rear wheel-well take away a great deal.

i own a s600... i love these cars i got mine for getting into university from my parents i would of liked the s400 aswel but s600 have a few body changes.

@coolerdude44 This car gets a 9/10 for global warming, and a 9/10 for smog in California. For reference, an hs250h gets 1 less in smog, and a C300 gets 5 and 5. This car walks the walk - not necessarily in mileage, but certainly in pollutants. The diesels, even w/ bluetec, can't match a hybrid, as can be seen in the GL350 matching the GL450's 3 in global warming. Don't let marketers from Audi or VW fool you, a proper hybrid is better for the environment than the current diesels.

Ide rather have this than the diesel

my S550 gets 30 mpg, i can get it up to 35 if i drive like an undertaker, idk why the EPA gives euro cars lower MPG numbers than american cars.

Because engine power is inversely proportional to Mileage

It would have been great if you could have focused more on how you experience the car instead of reading the specs which you can find anywhere.
