I wonder why they used this graphics package for this race instead of the normal trucks graphics at the time

I know this is an old comment but this race was supposed to be aired on FOX, but the rain delay pushed it to SPEED. The people who worked on this broadcast were the FOX Sports crew instead of the normal SPEED crew, so they used the All-Star/Duel graphics package for this race.
