2009 is the facelift or Life Cycle Impulse (LCI) in BMW terms. Different headlights/taillights and 2nd gen iDrive system instead of that complicated contraption that was seen in the E65 7 series and pre-2009 E60 5 series. Trust me, you want the LCI version. This particular vehicle was sold a long time ago.

2006-2008 is pre-LCI, 2009-2011 is LCI, 2012-2018 is F30/F31 generation, 2019+ is G20 generation (current).

113000km for $8k is good, and 2008 325i is same body structure, just the lights, mirrors and body panels are different. That's why the pre-LCI looks so old to you.
