    THE REMARKABLE DETAILS OF THE 307CC The roof mechanism of the 307CC was produced by the originally germany company named "CTS Car Top Systems", originally subsidiary of Porsche AG which produces the roof mechanisms of Ferrari F430, Mercedes SLK, SL and Porsche Boxster, Chevrolet Corvette, Cadillac XLR and Lexus' convertible series. The rear led lights of the 307CCs were produced by the German company "AL Automotive Lightening", which produced the rear led lights of the Audi R8 in 2008. The tiptronic automatic transmission of the 2.0 136 hp version of the 307CC was manufactured by Porsche. The piston rods, pistons and other piston elements in the engine of the 2.0 180 hp Sport version of the 307CC were manufactured by "Mahle", which manufactures piston sets in Ferrari's Formula 1 vehicles. Peugeot participated in the World Rally Championships in 2004 and 2005 with 307CC. Peugeot equipped the 2.0 180 hp Sport version with a 4x4 rally kit, boosting its engine with turbo and reaching 580 NM torque and 315 hp. The 307CC WRC won the Rally Finland with Marcus Grönholm in 2004, the Rally of Finland with Marcus Grönholm in 2005, and the Rally of Japan with Marcus Grönholm in 2005.
