My heart hurts with you my sister, the native american people knew the trouble they were in for when the white man came off the flower boat, and now we have so many people sticking their heads in the proverbial sand and when crisis comes, their like, we didn't get a warning! Here's your warning people wake the fuck up and take down businesses that are polluting our waters and land. Idiots stop throwing your trash our on the streets like it's your own personal property, you ahare the land not only with me and others, but the animals of the land and waters as well! I don't know if your old enough to remember the commercial where people are throwing trash out onto the side of the freeway and the Indian Chief stands there with a tear rolling down his eye. That's how I feel and have since so much has gone astray on our planet, global warming, icebergs melting and now this crazy pandemic. How much more can poor mother earth take from us?!

@@kelleyjones2926 The pandemic is not Mother Earth “take {-ing} from us”; it’s Mother Earth taking it back from us. Soon, she will take it all back. George Carlin said that when we become an infestation, the Earth will “shake us off like fleas.” It’s a shame it had to come to that.

I am passing the words of Cheif Lyons...as much as I can posted. I can not believe how the most supposedly intelligent form of life upon mother earth, but how truly ignorant the human race is.

I really do like this man. He speaks, and brings me home with his wisdom. Our Mother Earth. this one entity, who we totally depend on, with no regard we in turn abuse her, never giving back because we having nothing to give. And through this one act, we will pay. We keep digging underground for something that we think we are entitled to, that which sustains our inexhaustible energy and consumption, and we are fools.

I love your comment .... yes we are heading for another ice age ...and creator made the earth in 7 days because when the southern pole freezes over it creates a huge underwater waterfall that brings up all the life giving nutrients to the surface, the food's that the whales thrive on and this waterfall creates the gulf stream which keeps the climate temperate...and green with the food we grow and eat ...⁰it takes 7 days and 7 nights for the pole to freeze over to sustain life.... just as recorded in the bible.... .

We have now arrived at the dark side of his prediction. Such a wise man - with so few listeners. Wisdom overlooked - yet still relative. Instead of being able to instruct us for a better way, his words now informs us of the "where and why" of what is now taking place. The earth will heal - we may not.

Thank you @Smithsonian for hosting this very wise man back in June of 2008. It's still up to us. And we're running out of time. By the way, I first heard Oren Lyons at John Denver's Windstar Foundation Choices for the Future Symposium in 1991. He deserves to be he heard by everyone in the Joe Biden administration... but also in every capitol of the world. I will share this as widely as I can.

In 2021 now as the earth shifts from 3d to 5d we must fight in light and love against the evil in the world because they want our energy.

Through meditation we connect to our God (to each their own) to light. We must release genetic curses passed down and break the karmic cycle we are born into. This is so our true God given gift comes forth and is used to fight against evil. In order to be aware we must see things on a 5D perspective. The way to be aware is to drop egoism and raise conciousness. Do this thru meditation. Release past traumas and karmic cycles we never knew about. Can you imagine only 2 percent of indigenous people left in the U.S. A people who knew and know today the real and intended relationship that we as humans must have with mother nature. To see the earth and all it's elements as their relatives and their ancestors is a different way of thinking about life. Now, we are faced with a self imposed crisis imposed on the people of the earth by people who do not have their humanity intact and are intrenched in a self-seeking and self destructive direction. A people who do not have the spiritual experience or capacity to stop the extraction of the earth's blood, the polluting of the air, the poisoning of the earth's water, and the depletion and modification of our food that God put here for us to be nourished, are a people who are incapable of advancing humanity forward in a meaningful way. The people , not governments will have to come together in unprecedented numbers to save our own lives. If not, mother earth will replenish and regenerate herself as we become extinct as a species and evolution will begin anew cycle of creation and we will have do this all over again, provided the next evolution will be as the former. Love, peace, truth, and righteousness, and a renewed humanity for our children.
