Nice deep sound and seems right on the throttle. Awesome bike.

@@whikidfmj are you positive about that because the 450 makes useable torque over a broader range Now imagine 50more ccs a good cam high compression and race gas 🤷🏽‍♂️. And let me also mention the comparisons in hp that he made with the cr500 vs the 2020 yz450f and how similar the hp reading was even though the 450 was competing with something 50ccs more i have a pretty good feeling the 500 4 stroke would win in a dyno face off , the 500 makes good torque yes but compare how the torque spread compares to a 4 stroke of the exact same displacement then come back here, only way to find out is if he dynos it😂

I still have the Transworld mx issue. When Donn Maeda and his test riders. Tested the 2008 Service Honda CR500af. They compared lap times against the CRF500f kit from that year. To make a long story short . The CR500af produced the fastest lap times from all the riders. I still have the issue. Plus, I have the lap times.

@@Davido50 paying off some debts. Moved my entire family back to the USA 2 yrs ago. When you move overseas you take what you can. June of 2022 everything is paid off. Guaranteed I'm gonna get a bike again !!! I got my son a 2021 Husqvarna TE250 this past December. If I can get a Service Honda CR500 in a 2008 frame, I'd be in heaven.

This bike is beautiful but I can't lie , it just does not look right seeing you on a non 2 stroke balls to the wall uncaged 500cc animal like I normally do!! 😉 took your advice and just scooped up 2 5 gallon pails of the T2 cannot wait to put it in my bike and not sweat bullets over weather I mixed it to rich and will be fouling out plugs or to lean and will destroy my tom morgan racing motor. i had. one of jimmy decotis's. 08 crf250r bikes that was done up like this had the athena big bore kit. to 280cc. i didnt keep it long. i had originally got it to toss an 01 cr250 motor in but it just never came to pass

When my uncle bough a new street glide in 2010 at dealership that had Honda dealership also there was a new leftover cr250r oil burner (an 07 maybe?) I sat on it ohh an I wanted it so bad where they were discontinued.

@@xtcrider8270 06 crf250r honda and a 01 cbr 600 for the road. I sell most things that arent red lol. I plan on finding another good 450r but everything heres beat or they want too much 😂only thing i liked about the klr over the xr650r is damn did it ride good on the highway smooth at 85mph

Does anyone remember way back around '83, an article in either Dirt Rider, Dirt Wheels or Motorcross magazine where Yamaha built a one-off super scaled-up version of a YZinger PW-50? It was huge and had big scaled up 3-spoke aluminum rims and tires and had a monster 1000cc+ engine in it. My memory says it was 1300cc. They had a 6ft tall rider in the pics just to give it scale of how big it really was. I actually thought it made him look more like he was skinny 8yr old sitting on an "83 YZ125cc I've searched for many years and can't find anything on it.

@@shauncry1917 I have the magura hydraulic with the radius x. It’s sweet in the woods riding. Though I still use my clutch most of the time, but in a real tight spot it’s nice just to let recluse do the work.

Only thing it’s missing is lectron carb 👌
