When not in reverse, does it always show the front camera? Wouldn’t you still want to see behind you while not in reverse? Hence the rear view mirror.

Hey nice installation but the fuse tap is installed incorrectly. The #6 and #8 slots have the positive terminal on the bottom. That means you have to install the fuse tap so the pigtail points upwards. The way you have it, the dash cam is not fused, it's a direct connection to the battery.

Nice set up, not just for older vehicles.

may i ask which ground bolt you use? Can I use the one at one side of the fuse box?

at 1:17, may I ask whether you already remove the cover of the two lights? Because I can't find the screw between the two light bulb

so what did you do with the screw that goes in the center min 4:37?

I had a honda civic 8 gen. Went to a shop, but they mounted the rear cam all the way to the left, the guy said they could not mounted in the center cause of the screw, now that am watching this, i got ripped off. The reverse assistant lines dont match when am parking. I may try this. Nice vid

@@DIYCarModz recommendations for a camera similiar to this, but without the rear view mirror replacement? Having a hard time finding one that fits snugly and neat on mine.
