Retro Video Archive Oh bummer. 11, 12 and 13 Suburban’s had the Gen 4 LS V8s the 6speed transmissions and all factory service bulletins had been fixed (oil pan deflector and driver’s side valve cover). They’re the best years. In 2014 they switched to the valve clogging direct injection LT engine.

Let's not forget the 5.4 engine in the Expedition was a giant piece of shit, they have one of the worst spark plug designs in the automotive business.

And Chevy’s DOD and AFM system are total garbage rendered them as much as pieces of shit.
