There’s a tailgate height limiter in settings on dashboard

Haven't seen that before. I replaced the tailgate struts and it fixed the issue

Thanks for the detail video. What size bango bolts and washers? And where did you get them? Home Depot or the dealership? Thanks

You should be able to set it's stop height by holding down the red button I'm pretty sure

No the struts were weak . I replaced them and it went all the way up. I appreciate the info though 💪💪

where can i buy fluid for the tailgate pump? I would appreciate it. and what is the name of the that fluid

Regular hydraulic lift gate fluid will work

Can you give a website where you got the pump and where u got the computer

I ordered the pump directly from Mercedes benz dealership. Cost about $450-$500 . If your looking to fix the issue temporarily you can order a cheap Chinese pump from eBay or check on Google. Might last forever with a China pump who knows . If your talking about the module, it's the same one that was in the suv. All I did was clean the terminal pins and connector . I used a liquid called Deoxit . It's a cleaner and protector for electrics .

I will buy the module from eBay but I want to know if I can still use the same module, I had my cooler on the back and it had a leak and I was wondering if I buy the new China pump and use the same module would it work 👀

So much rust on the pump. Indicates a water leak that also needs to be addressed. I would also use dielectric grease on the connectors after cleaning to prevent further corrosion.

Water leak was fixed, reason it's not wet. The stuff I used is good enough. 👍🏻

Im have same problems Replace new one go hafl way i try . Turn air out work and open one time and stuck hafl way again
