pretty good. I make the money on keys with remotes, once you retrieved that pin I would have programmed it in the car to program a keyless entry remote/key just to make more money. I have had people complain about a regular transponder key. They want the remote.

LOVE THE CONTENT. The second you said Pacifica system I shed a small tear. Ughhh the worst. Also what are you using for the memo pad on the door?? Love it. So much better then writing in the dirt on the door haha. Condors usually cut the clamp if you have the key a little to far back. If you push it a little further up even a pinch past the stop line the. Then when it checks for tip position it won’t go far enough back to knock the clamp. Not that it’s a huge deal just annoying and dulls bits

Haven't looked into the IM608 but I assume it is possible to clone the chip and write to a new SKIM/SKREEM module in case it is damaged due to theft recovery. Excellent video, keep them coming.

No you can use an OEM key or chip key

what if you need to program a remote head key? just use the pin code and do the programming in the car? Do you know if there is a on board method just for programming the remote?

How did you figure that it was giving you the wrong pin code on that screen? Have you contacted autel to let them know?

The device will typically tell you. An eeprom has one flat edge of that edge is facing you than the pin on your very left is pin 1.

All semiconductors companies have there eeprom chips on line. Just google the chip number to find pin 1.

Puedes usar la im508 pero Ocupas la xp400 para poder leer la eeprom con el pin

Did you add the magnet to the tablet?

The super chip can use only for xhorse tool or you can clone with the im608 ?

Yes very highly recommend this machine. For the price you cannot beat it and it will do just about any key. Has never let me down.

Hy thanks a lot for your time it's really amazing video i need to watch it again. But as u said the ignition is 8 cut if so how can the key turne the ignition on? Like i did a cut same on a toyota yaris 15 through the door lock cylinder while i had to cut the last bit on the key manually to manage turning the ignition on!

A dumb question. Why program/write the key in the module if it's already starting the car? Was the theft light still on?

Yeah I didn't get the whole thing on film. It would start and then die 3 seconds later. It was not programmed to the vehicle at that point.

I have a jeep liberty 2003. Apparently the eeprom there in the skiim is not 85 eeprom.. Could not pull the pin for the car. Anyone knows how you go about that

How often do you use the clips to clamp onto the eeproms?I've heard it's a bit hit and miss trying to read them that way?Most people tend to desolder the chips and read them off the board,what's your experience been?Thanks.

That Dolphin sounds like it needs to run through a full calibration again. It didn't sound right even before it hit the key clamp.

How do I get the pin code for a 2005 chrysler pacifica, I lost my spare key and I tried programming a new key but it ask for a pin number

Either from dealer with title and vin. Or via eeprom like I demonstrated in this video is the only way.

How do I program a fob for locks tailgate & panic, my old one broke My key is separate and works fine. 03 Liberty. I'm not paying $200. I'll just use the key a pain but that's to much

You could send me the fob and I can repair it otherwise would need computer to program new fob

Yes it does get very hot I keep it out of the sun on the floor area where it's cooler

Im also getting the "the data is invalid" message. Im using an IM608. I wonder if i need to buy an SDcard. Maybe thats where it stores the data.

I tried that today on a 2005. But when I got to the point where you need to load the deta, kept telling wrong data when I selected the one I save.

That's strange you couldn't read the pin or just gave you the wrong data cuz sometimes it will do that like when it did that to me in the video

Wonder why it showed the first code ..I would sit there and probably try it over and over smh.

sadly this doesn't work any longer if the immobilizer is a #3 version and not a #2. #3's don't have the 8-pin eeprom any longer.

@@monsonlockandkeyyou're lucky. I can't get any dealer around me to provide that information. Claim it's "Illegal" to do so. Have to pay some dude in Bulgaria for the info. At least so far it's been valid.

Sounds complicated. How much can you charge for that generally

Not too bad. Does cost a little extra for getting the pin from the eeprom. But pretty easy job after you have done it a few times. I got some BMW and Mercedes Videos coming soon.

Really Do you have the correct chip selected and you're on pin 1 correctly re seat it a few times. Or go under programmer and select the chip manually.

@@stevehenderson5176 Also, I'm wondering why not just pay the fee to buy the pin. Seems like this takes a lot of time and effort. Are you sure it's worth it ? I could see it being worthwhile if the immobilizer had been changed and the original pin was invalid.

@@mrdman094081 That's precisely why you would want to do it. It's quite common to have modules and PIN codes getting swapped around for older vehicles. If the dealer PIN is no good, you'll be out $$$ and have to do this anyways. Plus it's always handy to be able to do it yourself. The fee doesn't seem like a lot but that is money that should be going to your pocket and not the dealer.
