Easiest option is to put three bolts on the inside of the door, such that the head faces away from the car's interior. Carefully put the new speaker on and align the bolts with the holes on the speaker assembly. Then use wingnuts to tighten the speaker down. Add a locking washer for peace of mind.

Do you mean my friend to change the way the speaker is installed by the manufacturer?

Could you use like a self tapping screw or something to put them back in, instead of using rivet? I don't have a river tool

Yes of course you can use screws with nuts instead of rivets. This is also a good solution if you don't have an air riveter or hand riveter. And do not forget, my friend, to use washers between the screws and the nuts (2 washers for each hole, one inside and one outside).

@@daneanderson4598 This basic system comes equipped with 6-3/4" speakers in the front door and 6"x9" speakers in the rear deck. Toyota uses 4-ohm speakers up front and 6-ohm speakers on the rear deck, so almost any aftermarket speakers will work well with the factory radio.

Γεια σου φίλε μου, χρόνια πολλά και καλύτερη νέα χρονιά. Τα ηχεία είναι φίξ δηλαδή ενσωματωμένα με την πλαστική βάση, είναι ένα σώμα.

@@YiannisPagonis Εγώ φίλε έκοψα την Μεμβράνη και τα πλαστικά από κάτω , κράτησα την στεφάνη με το βύσμα και τα δύο συρματάκια και έβαλα στην θέση του ένα UBL Το στερέωσα στην πλαστική στεφάνη με τις βίδες που είχε η συσκευασία.

@@saeedsaleh6784 First remove it and then carefully clean it of all dirt. Use a soft brush and with the help of compressed air remove all dust and anything else. Maybe this way it can work better otherwise replace it.

Γειά σου φίλε μου Γιάννη. Βασικό σύστημα 4 ηχείων. Αυτό το βασικό σύστημα είναι εξοπλισμένο με ηχεία 6-3/4" στην μπροστινή πόρτα και ηχεία 6"x9" στο πίσω αμάξωμα.
