Hopefully you see this. I have a 2007 forester X and the high beams are perfect but the low beams are literally above the trees. But when I drop the low beams to the correct spot the high beams are on the ground a few feet in front of my car. It does this for both driver side and passenger

A lot of led H4 bulbs have bad cutoff and the ones you have don’t seem to be too good either, it seems that there’s a lot of light above the tape which shouldn’t be there but maybe it’s just because of the camera that you filmed with. I also have led h4 bulbs installed in my 04 xt, but I got to test a few different halogen and led lights because I wrote my dissertation on this subject and I found a really good led bulb, although it was pretty cheap, no name and a part of one burnt out, but they still work better than the original halogen candles.
