The 05-09s are aging well. They aren’t as strong as the 5.0 Coyotes but they are powerful enough for a fun daily driver and they were neck and neck with 5.7 GTO and 5.7 Charger around that time. Wasn’t bad for a little 4.6 V8. I was in high school when these came out.
@PhilMante

I was just entering high school when these came out. For me its a tough choice to decide between the New edge & the S197 because while I love the 90's asthetic in the SN95's New edge, I love the throwback design of the S197.
@KD-nb3mp
Жыл бұрын
@@PhilMante The S197 was incredible for sure. Especially because they will age like the classics and are already pretty much timeless. They will look good in 30 years from now.
That v8 emblem glued to the dash adds 50 horsepower

I would take this before ANY new Stang, especially the blue. Blue gets a LOT of attention and this particular color is RARE. Also that sound, and look hell yeah.

My dad has a badass 2005 Mustang Gt, 4.6L V8, its a killer car and he has been working on it for years. I cant say anything yet because i want to tell him in my own way that im super proud of him.
I love this generation mustang, especially in that vista blue color, or even legend lime, nice car indeed!
That V8 just sounds sweet as you like. Music to your ears. I'd bin my stereo.
I would happily watch a 30 min to an hour long drive. This is gold content for a petrol head!!

Just put mine away for winter. 2005 with a paxton supercharger. Honestly one of the most reliable engines in any car. Block is good for 600hp. Never had an engine light come on. Still on the oem clutch and trans, drive train etc. Beautiful looking ride man, I'm really loving that blue. Enjoy.
Hopefully one day you get to try driving a Mustang in California. I got to drive a Mustang convertible on Pacific Coast Highway from Los Angeles to San Francisco. I drove that car like I stole it.
Goddamn what a car.

i love the idea of importing a pre S550 era mustang into a different country, must be a rare sight for them
That’s a fun little road right there
probably my favorite model year
Squeaky clean older Mustang. The 4.6 motors were reliable and the fact this is a manual makes it even more desirable. Love the exterior treatments.
Mustang 2005 edition and 2010 and 1967 are the perfect , whenever ford tried to change that design they will regret it
@shanefowler9443
3 жыл бұрын
The 2010 is the dumbest model they ever came out with. I feel bad for those guys that bought them. They had a newer body style but still the 4.6 v8. If they just waited a little long they could of had a 2011 and up 5.0
The 4.6 is the best sounding engine put in a Mustang IMO.
Y is this kinda satisfying😂😂
It took me a minute to get that this wasn’t in the US. It’s weird seeing people actually wanting this car because it’s kinda looked down upon performance wise. The S197 body style is amazing tho

The 4.6 was built for taxi cabs that would go 300k miles. They maxed them out with valves and cams and some other neat things for the Mustang. My 03 GT is around the 300hp with 160k miles and still pulls hard everyday. Great motor.
My dream buying this car or the gt500 ❤
Im by all means mopar for life but id love to see ford make a new 4 door muscle car. Something to compete with the charger. Even though im a charger driver id like to see what ford could do with two more doors at their disposal
