2005 Aston Martin DB9 V12 Review - My First Car Review!
My first attempt at a car review!
The 2005 Aston Martin DB9 was an exceptionally beautiful car with a 6 litre V12 engine that could cause earthquakes. See why I think its an amazing car. Maybe a little too "amazing".
Some notes on my first car review:
- The sound is bad. This will be rectified in the next car review.
- I lost an hour of footage driving the car because the sound cut out. This will also be rectified in the next video.
- I say "amazing" too much.

DB9 was peak Aston. New regulations will never allow cars to be as good as this
Awesome review. Well done. A timeless design that will never go out of style.
I think it's the best looking car ever built. And if you can find one with a manuel transmission, it's the closest thing to heaven.

I used to want a Ferrari 458 when I was a teenager, but now I’m 22 and I want a DB9! Maybe the Aston is slower and less flashy than the Ferrari, but the Aston is more elegant and classy. I’m still love the Ferrari 458, but I feel like she’s a car that you need to go fast to appreciate her and you need a race track to exploit her potential. Ferrari has other more civilized models like the FF, GTC4Lusso, California and Portofino, but none of them have the charm of the DB9. I love the Aston Martin DB9 because she look sleek and sexy on the outside, has a super fancy and luxurious cabin with wood, leather and aluminum and also she has the monstrous naturally aspirated Aston Martin V12 under the hood that for me the best sounding car engine on the industry! On day (I don’t know when), a cute little DB9 with cream interior will end up in my garage (I hope);)!

The bonnet of a DB9 is not visible from the drivers seat which makes placing the car on the road a little disconcerting, however, with miles under your belt confidence builds and you can relax and enjoy this wonderful Aston Martin. The only (not quite) issue with a DB9 is that you can see the beautiful exterior when driving it ......

Still a stunning car
Very nice review of a beautiful car. Aston Martin between 2004 with the db9 and 2018 with the Vanquish really produced some of the most beautiful and timeless machine. The one i want is the late Vanquish which absolutely gorgeous but for a first Aston i would love a DB9. Hopefully in less than 4 years i will have one but i first need to check how much it will cost me here in France in term of service and assurance. What are your feedbacks 3 years later? Have tou driven it daily? Encounter any problems or grelims in the car?
One interesting thing I noticed on the Rapide is that the front seat belt buckles are covered in leather but the ones in the back are not.

@@jimgoodwin6294 Absolutely, I'd never sell, mine is unique as its manual, iron ore trim and oyster silver, only one in the world!
super car but very costly if it goes wrong My advice is buy the latest model you can early ones had some faults
Great review ... I own one ( racing green which is a rare color) and have just had new coils and plugs fitted . Tremendous power and quite easy to drive in town if you want. Just be careful to choose a parking spot with

You have great taste: For me, it is the most beautiful car ever built. Mine (my future) has a manual transmission. V12, atmo, manual : God exists ! :)

I ended up buying a LOW mileage 2010 Ford Mustang Roush Stage 3, #72/103. It has 550hp/700nm. 😃

Review was good talking and driving needs better location. Hard to concentrate when the traffic behind looked like they were going to drive over you...Hate seeing an Aston holding up traffic...
