VQs sound really distinctive. Like the 4.6L SOHC Ford mod motor, sounds great but doesn't really go anywhere.

Hope he got it tuned after installing headers. But wrd that's exactly what my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo sounds like with its Pentastar V6 at around 3K and higher rpm

Folks, a straight through muffler will not get rid of all drone. The chambered ones do that , and those are the stock ones.

hey folks,, did anybody done any exhaust or would like to recommend where to start for the exhaust system for N/A 4 cylinder.. catless with aftermarket exhaust system or just straight piped it.. give some suggestions guys..

some longtube headers into 3 in exhaust x pipe maybe double x. into some vibrants or borla s type to tone the high pitch down

@@boratwilson9916 hey buddy its 2.5l 4 cylinder.. as you said we did a longtubes headers 2.5 inch into catless downpipe with stock resonator and stock muffler. its sound no much good but its not loud too.. I am thinking to just cut the muffler.. what you think or maybe i would change the muffler. Your comments help.. and i feel a little more power in car too 😅😅😅

I’m surprised this goes into a y pipe single exhaust from the factory since this is a rear drive setup with the exhaust manifolds on each side. Usually only front wheel drive v6s Y into a single.

For this generation of G35, the fuel EVAP system is on the passenger rear portion of the car. Only the 08's & up (I think) started doing the dual exhaust.

@@moniererichard4391 my water pump went around 8k miles ago so I changed everything and bought the timing kit and it’s been running like a million dollars.

It just sounds like a stock infiniti fx35 with a muffler leak. He just went with the expensive route of buying stupid stuff.

G35/350zs are officially what honda civics were in the late 90s early 2000s. Ricer special. I dont think they sound too bad in stock form, but 99% with an exhaust are horrid.

I don’t know v6 sound like a trumpet
