It works. (Warning you might need a 4 digit pin to use the touch screen because this method is pretty much going to reset the system. You should be able to find the PIN on the side of your glove box)

ALTERNATE SOLUTION - My daughters 2005 Acura TSX had the same problem but the fuses were all fine & the amplifier was also fine. We removed the stereo and one of the wiring harnesses that goes between the stereo and the amplifier had come half way unplugged. I pushed the plug back in until it clicked and the stereo was fixed!

Pressing the 1 and 6 and power at the same time worked on my 2008 Tsx

I press the 1, 6 & Power and mine will stay on for about 2 minutes before it turns off and I have to do it over and over if I want to listen to it. I might try this to see if it fixes the problem. BTW to get your radio code open your glove compartment and there will be a sticker with the number on the left side that’s facing the radio.

Yesss finally someone that has the same issue as me! It's so annoying

do you wait 1min each time you removed the fuse? I changed my TSX car battery today and the radio stopped working. the time for the car is reset and blinks. I removed #7 and waited a minute and still didnt work. wondering if i need to repeat the process a few times.

Did you fix yours? I’m in the same boat.... seems like no power to the radio after disconnecting the battery. Clock blinks and can’t set it cause it’s powered up by the radio. I’m going to try pulling the fuse again like this video suggests. I tried it once but it didn’t work.

@@briankelley5124 the power button is damaged. press the volume/power button with force a dozen times and it should turn on. thats how mine fixed

@@teflonkeys5751 holy shit yes.... I pressed the power button so many times, but this morning did it with a little patience and after about 4 presses code popped up! Radio works again thank you!!!

I actually googled radiocodevault.com/acura and acura has a website for navi/radio code retrieval. If pulling the fuse for one minute doesn’t work, keep trying it a few more times. Also if you have no sound but the radio is on, pull the #5 fuse out and do the same thing. Sometimes I have to do fuse 7, get the radio on first then do fuse 5 the same way because my radio will come on but no sound. My car is stupid......anyway hope this helps someone :)

Having same issue and display come on but not radio lights, clock and ac

the code is written in the back of the radio you have to take it out

I tried this on my 05 TL it worked but then it shut off again

This worked for me, turn the car on, pull the fuse ,wait a 1 min. and then put it back in. Do this while the car is running. This supposedly forces the car to boot the radio. let me know how it goes.

What’s is the serial number if anyone knows

You have to enter the correct code. If you have the paper in the original book. Its the 6digit number.
