Bike will last FOREVER with just oil changes and will haul your butt up any trail you point it at.

Yup, this is one of those that approaches "unkillable".

I’m a beginner and just got one same year with the e start love it, very forgiving. Now I’m realizing how hard they are to find

I just got one exactly like this one.. I've been a honda guy for over 50 years. But this bike is gonna be fun, to me it runs like a honda...

I just got the engine guard and dont know how to put it on.

I just saw your video, I have an old 2003 TTR225 i have problems with it last year and can't get to run properly. Bike starts, idle, revs ok on neutral but when put in gear it doesn't take off, changed clutch components but still doesn't take off properly, someone told me that could be the CDI. Could you help me with a photo of the CDI model on this bike so I can look for it online.? Thanks...!!!

Good luck ever finding a rear sprocket if you need one.

I have an 01 just picked it up for $1100 bucks trying to find an oem carb used has a Ching Ching carb on on it

I picked up the same model for $325. Had a ching ching carb on it. first thing I did was throw that away. found the correct Japanese carb on eBay .. even came with the clutch and throttle cables and throttle assembly. Paid 190. I had to replace the entire fuel system from the tank down to the carb and everything in between so I'm into the bike for about $900 at this point. now I have a leaking base gasket to deal with.. good times
