2003 Subaru Outback Fuel Pressure Problem.
This out back is lacking power, setting lean codes P0171 and P0174 and has a P0420 code set. The fuel pressure should build to at least 53psi. The fuel pressure does not build past 25 psi, and the fuel pressure drops as soon as the key is cycled off.
