Watching this brings back memories! I remember that me and my brother were watching this while we were at the lake house for the weekend. I was eighteen and a half while my brother turned sixteen two weeks before the show aired. This was our favorite MTV Movie Awards and I'm so glad that I can watch it again on KZread. :3

I watched this as a kid - when Daveigh Chase won for Best Villain, she almost started having an anxiety attack in the middle of her speech, to the point where Ashton and Diddy had to sort of comfort/reassure her. I wanted to confirm I was remembering correctly but it seems the uploader has removed that segment.

Yes I was SO mad when Daveighs video on YT got removed! She was so cute back then. But I sent a recording of that clip to my sister on what’s app so I’m SO GLAD I have the video saved! Also I’m not sure why Daveighs part was cut from this long vid

I was 18 and I watched e recorded some scenes reprised on VHS. I miss that time when Pop Culture was bigger than illness, virus, ideology, sexuality. The nerds and other people were getting together to watch movies, great and epic movies on the theaters. That was the year when I've gone to watch movies on theater for the 1st time. We don't have to be divided by ideology.

I was 14 years old, I watched this live, Good'ole days of MTV's TRL era and The Matrix trilogy (also LOTR), MSN Messenger, ICQ, the Sony Walkman, etc. It was the pinacle of the monoculture, right before the internet finally disrupted it.
