2003 BCS National Championship || Miami vs Ohio State Full Game Highlights

Спорт

The 2003 Tostitos Fiesta Bowl took place on January 3, 2003, in Tempe, Arizona, at Sun Devil Stadium. The Ohio State Buckeyes defeated the Miami Hurricanes by a score of 31-24 in double overtime. It also served as the BCS National Championship Game for the 2002 NCAA Division I-A football season. The game was the second overtime result in either the Bowl Championship Series, or its predecessors, the Bowl Alliance or the Bowl Coalition, the first being the January 1, 2000 Orange Bowl between Alabama and Michigan.

I'm from Columbus, but on this occasion I was out visiting my father in PA. I was a kid. Everyone went to sleep and I was still watching the game almost falling asleep because of the multiple over times. The fucking joy a adrenaline when Ohio State won was like heroin, adrenaline, amphetamines mixed all into one; and I've never done heroin. It can't be better though.

Miami: Ken Dorsey, Antrel Rolle, Sean Taylor, Vince Wilkfork, Andre Johnson, Frank Gore, Willis Mcgahee, Vernon Carey, Roscoe Parrish, Kellen Winslow, Jonathan Vilma! Ohio State: Maurice Clarett, Nick Mangold, Rob Sims, AJ Hawk, Chris Gamble, Michael Jenkins, Matt Wilhelm, Mike Doss, Dustin Fox, Will Smith, Kenny Peterson, Mike Nugent Definitely wild.

Arguably the greatest football game ever played. Both teams had 10+ future NFL players and between bad calls and bad plays, the story ended up written perfectly. I remember McGehee's knee injury and Clarett's heroics most of all. College football never got better than this.

True Buckeyes family here.i wonder know the last 2 games against the team from up north.i remember saying it's like they got our playbook I understand that money fuels college football know. It is a great game super players.why didn't the team from up north have some character let them play. But cheating cheating and then lose all the things these kids who finally have a chance to make some money cool, but it the MONEY to made these kids make a source of income. So you cheated the school BIG10 FOOTBALL BUT MOST OF ALL THE YOUNG MEN AT YOUR UNIVERSITY They will no inside they had to cheat to win great job. the team from up north doesn't need to do that you are to good, you get great recruits play extremely well. I hope the Buckeyes win every year but sometimes you are just beat had some great games but it should be FAIR. NO EXCUSE

Moe Dee he held him before the pass which is why the ref signals holding at first but then changes it to pass interference which he arrives a little early but either call the ball ends up at the 1. Man the canes were loaded with talent, buckeyes too I guess but a little less, I feel like the deciding factor was the buckeyes had a bunch of close games and almost got used to calling and playing tight games where the canes were used to blowing people out. Buckeyes lose though if mcgahee doesn’t get hurt, man was he electric!
