Dude…. I’ve been on the verge of either destroying all parts involved with this, or having a nervous breakdown and just crying lol. Why does every other person that’s made a video on this either have some way different solution, or they tell you to do it like that yet they only say to connect pink and the power antenna wire? Thank you. It worked! Connect blue (ant) and red (power from aftermarket harness) together, then connect pink wire ( with extra wire and good to go.

Did you hook up your blue antenna wire also because that has to be hooked up as well to get sound. Along with the blue amp wire.

Worked for my 03 yukon harness looks completely different but pink wire is the amp

Any idea how to get rid of speaker hiss noise. Does it even when car is off. Same setup as video

Same! I did this and have a static or hissing noise but only when the truck is on.

You can also just bypass the factory Bose amp and have sound as well

It’s the blue(power antenna) and the blue/white (amp/turn on) and the red (12 volt power from ignition which turns the stereo on when you turn the car on) ran together then connect those three to a single wire. Run that single wire (use red if you can since it’s a power wire) to the pink on the harness which is the factory amp.
