2001 Dodge Dakota - Relocating radiator overflow and wind shield washer fluid reservoir

Removing the fan shroud from my 2001 Dodge Dakota, which also incorporates the wind shield washer fluid reservoir and the radiator overfill tank. In order to remove it, I used a wind shield washer fluid reservoir from a 1999 Dodge Durango and a juice bottle for my radiator overflow tank. The juice bottle is temporary until I finish changing my cooling fans and radiator.

How did you attach the '99 washer reservoir to the truck? On my '02 there are divots where holes were probably bored back in the earlier models, so I imagine you had to drill holes. What did you do to ensure that the bolts would hold and how did you keep the metal protected from exposure to water?
Hey, did you ever get chance to get the permanent radiator overfill tank you mentioned? If so, what to you end up using? Also do you have the part numbers of for the 99' wash fluid reservoir and pump you used? I plan on doing this to 01' r/t
