To all who commented that these food is dirty etc... Please, these food is NOT for you... These food are only for people with cast iron stomach.🥰 Meaning, people who have strong gut bacteria that they can eat anything you give them without being food poisoned or diarrhea. People has forgotten that being too clean is also bad for you. 👍

Just doing the Napkin Math as a sanity check, I made two reasonable assumptions: A-1. The factory operates at normal capacity 15 hours per day. A-2. The wrapper-making, grating, and rolling production lines operate substantially in parallel with each other. I also made one objective observation: O-1. The production line which controls the _FINISHED_-unit production rate is the rolling line because it requires an average of 18 seconds per unit per employee, whereas the other two production lines have higher per-unit production rates. This gives us: 15,000 spring rolls / day X 1 day / 15 hours = 1,000 spring rolls / hour which is: 1,000 spring rolls / hour X 1 hour / 60 minutes = 16.67 spring rolls / minute which is: 16.67 spring rolls / minute X 1 minute / 60 seconds = 3.6 spring rolls / second So if the rolling production rate is 18 seconds / spring roll, that means the factory would require 18 employees working simultaneously on the rolling production line to produce 1 spring roll / 1 second. This means the factory would require 18 x 3.6 employees = 65 employees on the rolling production line alone to manufacture 3.6 spring rolls per second, which equates to the claimed 15,000 spring rolls per day. Unless this is a MUCH larger production facility than is shown in this video, they don't have nearly that many employees handling rolling. Would you please show us how you calculated your claimed numbers?

@@anne-pc6cm True, cleanliness is not exclusive to the rich. BUT the rich can more afford to be "clean", the poor on the other hand may not be able to if they are trying to make a living, especially in a third world country. Besides cleanliness standard is different for different countries, cultures, and socio-economic backgrounds. I think they believe that they have master the best way to prepare tasty spring rolls efficiently without compromising consumer safety and customarily serve themselves and their loves ones the same spring rolls that they are selling to customers. If I was visiting their area, I will give it a try too.
