On your inch and a half measurement, where did you start the measurement from? Is there a specific distance below the bracket mount?

No as long as you cut an in and a half out of the bracket you should be good. But if you look back at my video i start measuring from top to bottom right where the bracket got wider up top and going towards bottom

Thanks brotha! If I remember correctly I grabbed it right in the middle when i picked it up. Nd just centered it where you bolted it up, nd tried to grab it as much to the center as possible so it wouldn’t fall lol.

What’s up brotha. And honestly I would do the 01/02 hd front. That’s the one I’m be going with on my Tahoe. At first I wanted to do the Cat eye HD. But the round body of the Tahoe doesn’t match the cat eye front

I’ve done several of these conversions in the radiator support corner is always in the way. Weird how you didn’t have to cut anything off

@@differentgarageprojects5656 bet thank you I wish I could show you mine. I got a Silverado that we swapped the 5.3 with a 6.0 had to fabricate the main frame by .002 of an inch to get it to snug in.
