What I am saying is that majority of rich people do not get to where they are by being nice, and it's highly likely that Peter is one of them. Of course he appears nice on camera because he has to sell an image. He might very well be a nice guy. But for most parts, rich people have a disease. They constantly want more and will roll over everyone and anyone to get it.

There is a lot of hard work, dedication, falls and getting up again behind every success story. Being nice is the key to good customer service.
