It's been 3 years, so I'm sure you know this by now, but I'm writing this for others watching. You need 1 1/2 - 2" of play in the chain per the manual. This is VERY important, as a chain that is too tight can do all kinds of damage to a lot of parts: countershaft, seals, bearing, gear box... you name it. If you hit a bump with a chain that is too tight, it can easily trash your seal and countershaft. I know this for a fact, because a guy I go riding with over tightened his chain and trashed the countershaft oil seal, and probably the bearing as well. When we loaded up his bike, we saw that it was dripping oil from the crankcase cover. He has money, so he just took it to the shop and let them fix it, for how much I don't know, but he did tell me that they said it was damaged by the chain being too tight. He was lucky it was only a seal or bearing, because it can do a lot more damage. So, be careful and do not over tighten your chain, it really can do a lot of damage.
As you do more, hopefully you will start to see the benefits of cleaning the parts before assembly. But good on you for having a go. Only way to learn. When changing gearing the front sprocket has way more influence over ratio than rear and if you don’t want to run out of chain, whatever you add to rear, take off front. Also, too tight a chain can damage output shaft bearings.

The stock front was a 15 tooth and I dropped it down to a 13 tooth, and the rear was a 32 tooth stock and I bumped it to a 39 tooth. I would suggest lowering the front to a 13 but keep the rear at the stock 32 tooth sprocket so it’s balanced speed and acceleration.
Can i get a pw80 engine?
So here is the story in my country we have this bike called yamaha mate v50 or v80 if you ever heard of it. So the engine is the same engine as the pw80 but the pw80 is way faster . In my country they use the pw80 engine and put it on a hand made frame and they drag race it. So in my country the pw80 engine is famous for drag racing . So i have a yamaha made v50 and what i did to make it faster is too boost the ignition and work the cylinder so that you can put a bigger piston my piston is a 52mm piston. But just dont boost ignition the yamaha mate has diffrent ignitions some come with F3 ignition is made for racing and F4 ignition is made for long distance but they come in 6v en 12v everyone uses the 12v is way faster. In the video that you showed us that you put 39 by 13 sprocket right on my yamaha made i use 36by14 specialy for racing. So if you wanna make your pw80 way faster than it is now you have to boost the ignition and work the cylinder (make the hole bigger for bigger pistons) put a bigger piston a 52 mm plus if you put a bigger carborator you need to put a 21 pghb dellorto to make it even faster trust me its gonna be faster . The yamaha mate is made top speed 60km per hour with out tunning the bike .now that i tunned it it goed 70+ km per hour .if you tune your pw80 just like i said it goes 75+km per hour on a open long distance road

Bad idea. Zero need for loctite on bolts that have a locking plate under them.
You know smaller the sprocket the faster it turns and more speed you get bigger is more torque you get.
@vintagemotorcyclerepair4052

You don't get torque from any sprocket. Torque is delivered from the end of the crankshaft. Also, when you use a front sprocket with fewer teeth, you lower the final drive ratio, decreasing overall speed, yet enhancing acceleration at lower speeds.
