20 Year Old BMW M3 Brakes REPLACED - RESULT Will Shock You!

20 year old brakes on an E46 M3 look like a volcanic crater or something like that. More than that, the stopping power is horrible as the rotors are glazed over and the pads are equally glazed, so stopping is something of a prayer. The rotors were seized to the hubs and the calipers did not want to come loose. I couldn't measure the amount of rotor lost, but it looked to be equal to the thickness of 2 credit cards.
I purchased the front brake rotors, pads, and wear indicator from FCP, not to warranty them in the future, but to save on shipping. ECS wanted nearly $90 to ship the brakes, what!!!
Here is what I ordered:
Front Brake Rotor: bit.ly/43oIhaj
Front Brake Pads: bit.ly/3Kx447o
Front Pad Sensor: bit.ly/3mtOHUZ
Front Rotor Screw: bit.ly/41bdlJr

Thank you! I’m filming a rod bearing install video soon. I also had to order new shock absorbers because I blew the seal on one (pot holes). Thanks for watching!!

Thanks for watching, brother! I replaced the brakes at about 60k miles. Replacing the brakes reduced so much vibration. Thanks again for watching. - Tom
