Hey, Otis' Dormant Star can actually be utilised in Safe Zone in Heist, you put it in that 2x2 tiles space, so if the enemy rushes the safe, he cannot do anything for 3 seconds. Also don't forget the burning ball cheese.

Even in those scenarios, I’d still rather use Phat Splatter. You can use it on the 2x2 space on the enemy’s side to prevent them from playing agressively. It’s an interesting cheese strategy, but the safe is far enough away from the 2x2 space that they can just choose not to rush. If I was using someone who can dash, I’d rather go over the water

3:11 multiball launcher is really good. I use it when the brawler is very close to me. It can defeat even Mandy at once

Dormant star is actually really good. It means u can never really miss your super, as it basically acts as a landmine if you miss your super. Plus, if you aim it into the middle of a tight corridor, you can just wait for people to walk near if and kill them. It’s literally busted in duels sometimes, because you’re always gonna be focusing one dude anyway. Yeah, it’s pretty mid on open maps, but maps like cavern churn just let you grief people

I absolutely disagree with Darryl's gadget. It helps soo much in heist as he can get most of his superback by the gadget and charge up the remaining with his passive to go full aggressive right after. The slow radius is extremely small and he kills most of his targets anyway without it... Also Bo's gadget is also very insane because most times enemies that try to defuse the mines will activate one mine, go back, then go for another. When they go for the other you activate the gadget and get a free kill...

soul switcher should be replaced by a gadget that allows gus to spawn a spirit where he is standing, and that would make gus have both have a defense gadget and an offense gadget. That way you could play totally agressive (kooky popper + spirit animal) and totally passive (new soul switcher + health bonanza) EDIT: sorry for my bad english

Idea for rework: When the gadget is activated, the ghost scale is activated for 2 seconds, giving the opportunity to summon two or more ghosts

With Protective Tunes, I wouldnt exactly call it bad but I'd agree with "Situational". Its the type of gadget that you would use to counter pick in powerleague.

Lou’s ice block is actually pretty good, it’s just his second gadget’s too good, protective tunes and vengeful spirits are not bad also

For me i love using candy beans when im low since 2/4 things your gonna get is gonna help you run away or heal which is nice

The dormant star gadget is good for those gem grab maps with little hole entrances so you can just put them there also you can use that gadget before you use the super in long range so if you miss at least you don’t have a wasted super.

I think that the dash is not a bad choice for shelly, it's probably going to be the first power 7 brawler you would get qnd the dash is a good introduction to the gadgets for new players It still sucks tho

Rework idea: Can be used near walls - Shelly makes a jump the same distance by jumping over walls

0:32 I think this is a gadget that you can use for a lane fight. Looking at the buffs it's a gadget that benefits more in 1v1 interactions. The speed and healing is more for surviving like a ranged brawler or a mid range Brawler. And the damage and reload speed works for going aggressive and finish off the opponent either from a distance or close range. So it's very situational but not completely worthless.

Darryl's one is actually pretty good in my opinion. It's hard to hit from far away, but you're supposed to use it in mid-range to charge your super, and not for damage It's not the greatest, but I don't think it's that bad either Also, Bo's 2nd gadget makes the mines not flash until they explode. So they won't notice it But it's understandable, since finding 20 useless gadgets for a video is not easy. Great video though

Also, tar barrel kinda sucks. If you are dashing onto someone with his super, then you are probably going to be right next to them. The area of effect for the slow is so small and Darryl will already be next to the enemy so he just doesn't need it.

However, it's incredibly good in Duels: when you dash with Darryl on the enemy, most likely 1 of the 2 is going to get eliminated; in that case, the gadget gives you great positioning and can help you win even against the stronger brawlers. Without it, in duels he would deal less damage and therefore lose more matchups. In 3v3 though, it does not matter that much, like you said

I think you are wrong about Recoiling Rotator. It's in my opinion better than Tar Barrel that has a small radius and barely helps while when you attack with Darryl like a tank in showdown and you are low, you just fire Recoiling Rotator and get your super (if you are close to them which happens a lot) and just run away. For people that play a lot in showdown like me this may be correct. If you think that i'm wrong, prove it in the comments. I always use Recoiling Rotator btw.

I really don’t want Poco’s Protective Tunes to get reworked; I think it’s one of the smartest gadgets for power league. Poco’s biggest counter is Crow because of the Healing reduction, and that gadget lets him counter Crow in return (and counter Slowing Toxin). Maybe a slight duration increase or the ability to use it while stunned would be neat, but pros do use it a lot, since Crow would make the other gadget kinda pointless Ofc I’d never use it in ladder or if the enemy isn’t using Crow (or Lou or another debuff brawler), but considering how draft works, it’s very good to complete Poco’s kit I’d probably say that Penny’s extra cannon shot should be on this list? The barrel lets her destroy tanks (or anyone at close range, which can be great in Hot Zone), while the other one only gives you slightly more area control for a couple seconds. It’s not that bad tbh, but the barrel is way better

4:00 I disagree with the Darryl gadget as it is very VERY useful for Heist and many other gamemodes. U can basically stack super or deal a lot of dmg on heist safe. The main thing about Darryl is his super, thus almost instantly charging his super is a REALLY OP factor. BRO TRIPWIRE IS UNDERRATED. U can literally TURN THE TABLES of a Gem Grab match or a Bounty game. It goes extremely well with the stun star power as no one would expect it. Vengeful spirits Gene gadget is actually great for long range maps like Shooting star or Layer Cake for Bounty.

I would say another bad gadget is primo's meteor one. i know its not completely useless, but it doesnt seem to do much apart from in some extremely niche situations. His other gadget isn't the best, but it can be useful in modes like solo sd, and brawl ball.

I feel like Asteroid Belt can be really helpful in Brawl Ball as it is one of the best wall breaking gadgets, and enemies at the start of the match spawn right next to their walls.

​@@mite3959 the thing is, Primo is a close range tank that wants to have those walls. He needs them to have cover against long range brawlers, and to be able to approach. El Primo is one of the brawlers that gets worse the more walls are destroyed in a match, so having a wall breaking gadget makes zero sense for him.

I think Cron-Fu is a great gadget to check in bushes on bushy maps since Fang has a really narrow main attack if it goes further and on maps like X marks the spot it can make a huge death-being alive difference

Fast Foward was only useful until they buffed Clay Pidgeons and the players discovered how to use it honestly

dancing flames should be reworked to be a homing hability where amber keeps the same flames until an enemy enters a certain radio around her and one of the flames follows the enemy and they can't escape the damage it doesn't matter if they jump away or dash or something. aaand obviously the speed of the flames should be increased

Always use the first Gadget 4:20 it helps to kill fast when you have "no ammo"

I think crash test is good , because bonnie’s transformed form has very little range , and the dash helps a little bit , but still sometimes you can dodge enemy attacks with it

Protective tunes nowadays isn't really that useless since almost every brawler can give some or the other effect to enemy brawlers

I find Darryl spin gadget to actually be really good and the other one is really only good in solo gamemodes and knockout while the other one gives you super which is very good for Darryl and if your atleasy decent can consistently get atleast get 3k or more damage on a heist safe So both are id say okay and they both have their own gamemodes to be used on

You're wrong about Tic! I maxed him out and occasionally 1 tap people with that gadget. Perfect for Hot Zone, Heist (auto-aim at the box from a 45⁰ angle), and general spawn camping the enemy. As soon as they're out of the bubble, most of their HP is GONE 😂 Great video btw. I'm just saying 😂

Buzz' 2nd gadget is really bad: If there is someone in your range, then you already load your super. You don't need to know that who is charging your super. Only if you already charged your super or want to know who's in your range or if you want to be Safe for shelly's with supers

rework for fangs corn star power could be him gaining 25% of his super for every corn an enemy gets hit for

I agree with most of this list but recoiling rotator is so underrated because it can get like 50% of super up even from a distance and the slow isn’t useful if you can aim your super correctly.

Rico's 1st gadget is so useful if there are walls and an enemy near you. Its so strong

Protective tunes is kinda meta in top power league best first pick is crow there so this gajet counters him also counters lu(he is picked on hot zone a lot)

At 5:00 Bo's tripwire is again good in Bounty mode .

1. Recoiling Rotator is hard to get use out of and Tarr Barrel can be used to counter brawlers who can escape Darryl easily. 2. Tripwire is really only good in brawl ball for map destruction Imo, it's also hard too time sometimes.

10:19 is an easter egg about Hearthstone, it's the very old Mage card called "Ice Block": 3 mana, Secret: when you take fatal damage, prevent this damage instance and become Immune until the end of the turn

I’m going to defend dormant star a bit. It is only placed on the ground if you miss your super. That gadget is just a safety precaution for if you fail. That was even if the situation isn’t ideal, it stops your super from going to waste.

4:55 the trip wire gadget is honestly good. If somebody is walking in the direction of your mines you can activate the gadget before they walk over it making the mines unexposed which gives you a higher chance of hitting the person with all 3 mines. Another scenario is when somebody sees the mines and tries to explode them and run away you can use the gadget to make the mines not show up when they walk over it and make them explode killing them or just dealing massive damage

I watched a Bibi get 2 wth shotted with Chester's candy beans gadget. Also I feel like all the effects you can get from it are helpful for running towards an enemy.

I say Ticks 6 throw gadget is pretty underrated for area control and knockout/duoshodown when the smoke comes in

Okay hear me out. 2 rework idea's for the poco gadget 1. The next healing the brawler gets is doubled 2. Every brawler in the range instantly starts healing (like natural healing. When you stand still and not attack) and heal for at least 2 seconds

I've used dormant star several times in duels by making my enemy think i just missed my normal super and then making them walk into it. It's a really niche use scenario, but it's so funny when it works.

Dude "Puny" was the perfect word to describe Bonnie's gadget, honestly I felt the connection when you said Puny. My mind said " perfect description".

I use the bonnie crash test all the time and it's good in my opinion. in addition, it deals 1000 hp now and stuns for longer

You didn't mention Frank's Active Noise Cancelling, It VERY situational and his other gadget is one of the best in the game (Edit) Also Belle's Reverse Polarity is really bad

i actually rlly like bonnies gadget, its knows back enemys, it can stop multiple brawlers supers or attacks, and its nice to have a dash with a short range brawler

I personally think recoiling rotator is quite useful but the tar barrel is the one I've been using recently, recoiling rotator allows more super charge when in a tight situation and that can alway come in handy.

Maybe Eves motherly love gadget is better as now she has a gear that spawns 4 babies instead of 3. Also, how about sleep simulator? You just stand still, are not immune to attacks, and only heal to max health after quite a long while

Darryl spin gadget allows him to chain rolls. Its literally so useful in every mode. I literally died inside when nubbz said it sucked

As an Otis and Gus main i personally think that Dormant star and soul switch could be better in some situations. For example When you are playing otis and is hiding in a bush you can hide your super, reload for a new one and troll people by thinking that you are weak. When you are playing gus, activate your gadget and wait for an enemy, attack your enemy go to the spirit to heal (this works better with the star power) activate gadget again (you only lose 5%hp) attack your enemy heal and kill it. (Gus) 1st gadget has got a nerf, (No knockback) 2nd gadget a health buff.5%hp-instead of 15%-

Recommendations for Otis and Gus build. (Otis)Dormant star, Ink refill's, Gear super reload 10% and 15%extra attack while 50%hp. (Gus) Soul switch, 1st star power for extra healing, 900hp health shield and 15%attack Gear.

Max gadget could be reworked by placing it down with a gadget, then whenever you want to go back to that place, you press the gadget again

I think Fangs Corn Foo gadget isn't that bad, it can help with area control for e few seconds, it can prevent enemies that are behind walls from healing and it can do a surprising amount of damage because it has so many projectiles and is so easy to hit. I would definitely put Ashs second gadget on the list instead.

Some of those gadgets are really useful at power league and competitive. Like Poco's second gadget

-Poco's gadget is usefull in powerleague against teams that play with emz/crow/lou/frank... And it cancel almost everything ,it gives a 2~3 second immunity so you can predict stuns . -fang gadget is bad but not for the reason you gave,you can easily make the enemy take 3~4 popcorn .but it's still useless, you are fang you don't want people to run from you your job isn't to control area and the stun is just a LOT better .

They should make it so when you use all of ur gadgets, somewhere in the map there would be a gadget recharge every 30-45 seconds it spawns

you can negate stuns with pocos gadget, but it takes a bit of practice to get the timing right also darryls other gadgets worse, and the one you showed in the video is actually pretty good, at least imo

Trust me, once you learn how to use tarr barrel, it is way better than recoiling rotator, but recoiling rotator is also a good choice!

with crash test u can cancel like a frank or a mandy and you can actually use it when u are close to someone because u got on him with a super

I use recoiling rotator because it’s decent for bush checking and it somewhat charges your super

I still think Griff's 2nd Gadget is the worst gadget in the game. If you compare the damage of this gadget to the flat 1000 damage his 1st gadget does, you'll find that the 3 additional coins deal 1,014 damage at level 7 and 1,170 damage at level 11, which is honestly pretty bad if you were to use this gadget for additional safe damage on the Heist Safe considering for just 14-170 less damage you could break the wall near the safe and have a knockback effect to enemies in the AOE (granted that is pretty rare). I understand that I spent a ton of time explaining how bad this gadget is, but I don't care. I just don't want to see people use this gadget, or worse buy it now that Gadgets and Star Powers can't be obtained for free from boxes.

Recoiling rotator is actually a good gadget, the best if we talk about damaging the heist in heist and also good for checking big bushes areas and also 1 shot low brawlers

Imo Bo's tripwire gadget can actually be useful in some Heist maps if you're trying to do quick damage to the safe

Chester candy bean gadget was very fun some times this gadget give perfect effect any effect is help full in pvp

Shelly fast forward gadget is really useful in brawl ball I usually use it many times and it helps for me

Multiball Launcher is a great anti-Edgar defence mechanism. Really. I've seen someone on KZread doing so and since then I like this gadget.

I have 2 gadgets I wanna defend Corn fu: in my experience, it’s not actually that hard to get a good bit of damage, the key is to time it so that they’re in the middle of the field when it drops, so they do t have any way to avoid damage when running from you Soul swapper: I know it’s objectively not that good… but in hot zone I think it’s a very good way to get ghosts out very fast, and it pairs rather well with shield and damage gear, not amazing, but if you wanna be an actual healer in hot zone, it’s not a bad choice

0:30 candy beans are useful. It gadget works like rush-booster, what chester sometimes needs, couse he is a tank buster. In all times rush-booster will be useful for tank busters

Bo’s tripwire gadget is his better one, I like that it has the delay. You have to time it right before someone walks into it

Lou’s Ice Block is pretty useful when you know you won’t be able to dodge an attack in Boss Fight that would usually just kill you instantly

I remember when map maker gave trophies and I literally got Lou to 500 trophies (my first brawler to 500) because it was one of those goofy solo showdown island maps, and I just ice blocked as soon as the spawn shields dropped. Cryo-freeze is better in gene tho

Protective tunes is useful now especially in top PowerLeage

3:11 Rico’s multi ball launcher is insanely good especially when dealing with and Edgar or really any brawler that jumps on top of you, if you use this gadget right on top of another brawler ( or just really close ) it can do heavy amounts of damage and take out a brawler in at least one or two shots. ( it fires two bursts)

Imo Rt's In line Gadget Kinda sucks due to the fact its so difficult to pull off the requirement for that little 500 damage when hacks can basically do that but way easier.

I think Bonnie's gadget should have Stu's zero drag distance, and leave fire on the ground. It's supposed to reference Stu, so I think it would be more fun

You are wrong about the spinny Darryl gadget all pro players use it all the time instead of the slow because if you hit shots when you use it it makes darryl cycle his super faster ..

Rico's gadget is used to kill assasin brawlers when they get close to you, like an edgar jumping at you or something like that

I remember someone used dormant star in knockout on riverside and put it on the only path to the middle so I walked into the star and walked behind a wall until it was over

Tripwire is only one i have but i use it for breaking walls in brawl ball and is actually not bad

At 750 with Otis rn dormant star is really good to hold a small lane or choke point and if you place it against a wall inside a bush people can walk in the bush and you could camp it in showdown for example also your able to combo it with genes super

Rico's gadget is quite underrated the amount of times it save me against a Edgar, mortis, crow etc when they jumper on me is insane. I know the healing might be better in most scenario's but I definitely prefer it in showdown.

Darryl’s fidget spinner litterly give you his super if you hit like one or two

Crash test (bonnie's dash) should be useful when a frank is using his super on you

Ice Block is pretty useful in Boss Fight, but other than that, yeah, pretty useless.

Coin shower can get this buff like how you know Shelly's GD clay pigeons have like a timer like how long you can shoot very far. That should be needed to Griff's GD coin shower.

In defense of the dancing flames gadget it can just kill enemies now an example is barley if barley is across a wall you can activate dancing flames and it will kill him in 3 turns around amber (it got buffed it’s not 500 damage anymore) corn fu is also better now it got buffed with damage and the popcorns have a larger range now

about poco... that gadget is the perfect counter to stuns. the number of times i saved my team from a 3-player frank stun... anyways its good for specific situations, and its good to have it if you play competitively on power league.

I agree with the stun thing but it is only good in power league but not in ladder (normal games) and even in power league it can be situational.

Last time max was even broken with SS, when she kept her condition (meaning full ammo, full hp) and u could just go in for round 2 on the enemy

they should make maxs teleporty gadget be finishable at any time like you hit the gadget button again and get the insta heal and teleport you could use it to win close 1v1s when theyll outdamage you you can wait for low hp and teleport for instant heal

Max' teleporting gadget isn't useless. It's actually pretty practical, because you can run pretty fast as Max and a long distance can be ran in 3 seconds.

i think most of the gadgets you put on this list are alright in their own respect but just overshadowed by the other gadget it is more a list of the least used gadgets than truly the worst gadgets

no some of them are actually useless like corn fou and motherly love ( if the gadget helped you in a situation once it doesn’t mean the gadget is good ) picking gadget that will help you all the time is better than picking a situational gadget and if the gadget is actually good people will say that it’s not because the other gadget is good

@@leomllerloshak7446 this is an issue with many of brawlers when they have a week starpower or gadget and have the other one very strong they should rework the weeker starpowers and gadgets ( and the worst starpower in the game is probably grey first starpower this one is garbage and the bonnie one too )
