I rescued a tuxedo male 3 years ago. I introduced him to my dog which he hid for 2 days. In less than a week, they were sleeping in the same room. They became great friends. He's very friendly to me and my room mate, but he doesn't like strangers.

the description of Tuxedos describes many other cats. All cats need clean litterboxes. And there are contradictions. Friendly. Hostile. I had 4 tuxedos over the years. My absolute favorite. It has been said that Tuxedos do not have specific traits as they are not a separate breed. Just a unique color.

My tuxedo boy was very lovey and loved giving kitty kissies. He came whenever I called him and he followed me everywhere. When I was gone, he missed me and cried.

I have a tux. He is terrified of my youngest son. He's very skidish around him. But the cat won't leave me alone. I've had him for 10 years since a kitten. Never been a cat fan but he's part of the family obviously. He still get on my nerves but would be sad if he were gone.

Nope They are loving and caring animals, and they are always there when you need them. And they're always playful and very intelligent animals. So they're not just normal cats. It's a very special and if you've got nothing nice to say, then don't say it at all

Haha, my Tux is sassy and antisocial. She loves me and only me. But she is also very intelligent, loyal and a real chatterbox. We have grown very close over the years and understand each other. She is my delicate little flower that blossoms a little more each day ❤.

We have one (the kitten pictured). She is an absolute nutter and is a about a year old now. We adopted her from a local rescue because she was a swimmer; he bag legs didn't work properly. I gave her physio and looked after her as I worked from home. Her name is Lizzy.

My parents had a cute tuxedo cat that came from an abusive background before they adopted him from a stray. He lost all of his teeth. He did got along with our first cat. Even my parents got a black Labrador retriever from a friend of mine. He started to attack the dog after they met. My parents had him for 13 years. He came around our home during the summer of 1993. I used to play with him before my parents got the dog. He was a funny kitty cat. With my sister in April 1994 that she gotten 2 Manx kittens from a pet store. One was a grey tabby and the other one was a tuxedo one. They were siblings and both boys. We named the grey tabby Pepper and for the tuxedo one was Taboo. Pepper had health problems at such a young age. He had to be put down by the vet. My sister cried because she had a special bond with the kitten. She went to another pet store that was next door towards the vet. She gotten a cute red tabby kitten. He was so tiny fur ball. He was a little bit smaller than Taboo was a little bit bigger kitten. Those 2 grew up next to each other from kittens towards adulthood. The red tabby kitten was named Salem. We named the kitten after a character from Archie’s comic books that had a orange cat. My sister had Taboo till 1999 when he had health problem for almost having him 5 years. She gave me Salem as a pet before moving towards Orlando Florida. I had Salem for 7 years. He was a sweet cat.

We rescued 4 tuxedo cats, 2 male and 2 females. They are all adorable.

All this can apply to almost all cats.

I have two brothers. They are very smart and loveable. They NEVER tear up anything and mind me very well. I would NOT trade them for anything else. They get along fine with an old female Calico and little dog.

There are no cons. They are a normal cat. This is dumb.

Yeah the coat is just a color change nothing different in their personality. KZreadrs are just starved for attention and don't create anything new

I have a 8 month old tuxedo kitten who is a bit too friendly with other humans. She comes and checks me when asleep. I pretended to fall on the fall on the floor to train her how to get 999 on my phone, which works well. So pretty and loyal.

Idk the science but I will say a tuxedo cat is just different ...idk what it is but the energy is always different per cat .

So opposite to my tuxedo cat. He’s so moody and can’t be pet 😅

Mine was a feral, who i adopted one bad below feezing temp winter night, enclosed my back porch for him that night w a heating pad fuzzy warm bed. And yet hes not once let me pet him in the 3yrs since that winter night i set up his room bed and food bowls. Super sad, he had to of had someone be really cruel to him for him to still be so skittish of humans, me. Ive laid on the ground for over an hour and he only came maybe a foot away from me and runs away if i even move a finger.
