I absolutely love all of these ideas you mentioned in this video! They were something refreshing to hear and new to learn about. I love the idea of creating a happiness board filled with goals that I’ve accomplished. I’m always so focused on creating a vision board about my future goals that I almost forget about what I’ve actually achieved. And the quote about how it is a blessing to grow older each year really changed my perspective. It really made me realize how fortunate we are to be able to celebrate a new age and experience life each year 💖

I love your take on this important topic ❤❤ Yes, most of us struggle with self-love because of our constant need to seek outside validation. Instead of thinking about what others want from us, we should instead focus on what we need from ourselves to be happier, healthier, and whole.

A lot can happen between now and turning 30. I hope you get all you want in life. I just turned 30 and my perspective on life in general has changed a lot. There were definitely things I wanted to happen by now that haven't happened, but I think about how grateful I am to be living the life I'm living now. I feel like 30 is still young and there's still so much for us to learn. I'm looking forward to enjoying the journey on the way.

Why do you head with so many images of European aka Caucasian looking women. Are there not enough images of elegant and feminine African descent women you can find to use and uplift our African descent sisters around the world? What I find strange is how European descent KZreadrs rarely use women of colour in their videos but women of colour feel that they have to use non African Descent images of women. This is sad indeed. How did you get brainwashed into thinking this way when our African Descent natural beauty, exotic skin tones, varied hair textures, body types and facial features are what the world secretly and openly envies???? First of all I am a black woman and for that reason I am already showcasing our beauty and features and I make sure to present myself in the best way that I can. And with that I also try to represent women that look like me in the best way that I can. Secondly, instead of using images from the internet I use videos form a stock website. I try to find videos of women that match what i’m talking about in the video, unfortunately there is not always a video of a woman of color that I can pick from. And lastly, I know what it feels like to be excluded and this channel has women from all over the world following. I also have friends that don’t look like me, and I want them to feel welcome too.
