Hey guys! I’ve been made aware of the technical issues at the end of the 19th tip. So sorry about that. Not sure exactly what happened as it is perfect on my computer. I’m going to be making a short with the 19-20 tips. My apologies! 😅

I like the technique used for patching jeans, i.e. matching thread, sewing in direction of weave, etc. Very helpful. I'm so glad you are back and truly enjoying the e-course.

Very nice tips!! Reusing thread is a great tip that I could have benefitted from many times over. I also really like the idea of saving your hem scraps to repair hems. I recently had to extend the length of a pants and used flannel material to make a contrasting cuff on the edge of the pants. It came out nice, but not everyone wants a contrast color on their hem and having some hem scraps would have been nice. I've been buying clothes from Temu lately and I am finding that some of the items seem to be sewing mistakes or they are not finished very well. I had to fix a swimsuit from the crotch taking out 5 inches very similar to how you take up shoulder straps. Once that was taken out, the butt of the swimsuit was in the proper position with proper coverage, instead of looking like a thong.

Thank you for showing that tip on the man's jacket, because I do that when measuring my sleeve on the things I sew...just a novice...but it works. I enjoy your shows. You are a very clever, smart gal. Love that long handle machine...Wow..It would be fun to have you as a neighbor. You sound alamost like my mom did. She was a beautiful seamstress as you are.Can that thread trick you did on those jeans be done on any machine? I wish I had a Juki like yours by my Juki is one of those inexpensive computer ones. Like yours a lot.

Damn, you just lengthen them pants nice with that ribbon. I'm always finding pants that are good but too short. Imma have to try that. That's the scariest pin cushion I've ever seen.

This video has answered questions for me regarding past hem jobs. I see your chalk markings but I need to know if you are aligning your ruler parallel to the seam? If so, is that the reason for the back chalk line sightly slanted down?
Thank you! Great video. Question, where do you get the variety of biased tape? You had many colors and different widths but I have not come across a source that has that variety... thank you!
I love all your tips, especially to keep the cut off portion on the jean legs. I have a problem with hemming skirts, dresses and pants. If I hem say one inch all away around, my garment will be shorter on one side. Any tips on how best to handle my situation…lol Thank you for all your tips and videos! 💕💃🏻

Hi! You might have a leg shorter than the other. It is important that you mesure both legs for your pants. And for your dress you should measure as it’s shown on the video from the floor and up. Cheers 🥰
Thanks for the tips, I need to make a better fit for a second hand skin that looks like was made from two camel colored jeans pants.

Hello Ma’am, what is the best way to measure a pant for length when we are going shorten another pair. Should we measure the sample pant from inseam or outseam?

Another comment/request. I make a lot of my shirts and tshirts into v-necks. But I struggle with the "V", it gets winky, crooked, all kinds of stuff. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
