Evening Troj, it’s amazing what a wealth of knowledge and some great ingenuity can produce. If Carlsberg made pots, they would probably be the best pots in the world🙄. Great video, many thanks, happy fishing!

What you need for the bottoms tro is some Harris fencing you can put two ways and use zip ties to hold them just a suggestion

Troj look around in auto parts or building supply stores for a product called "Plastidip", it's liquid rubber in a can. If you put a couple of costs about 20 mm wide from where you cut it off it should reenforce the edge and make the pots usable in a shallower bin.

I just found a handy little helper on KZread when sound quality is reduced for any reason. Click on ... (3 dots near Save) & Open Transcript. You can read what is said. Handy, too, if you do not want to disturb others while you watch the video with speakers on mute. Cheers.

This is a very interesting build and I am enjoying it. Can't wait to see you fish them, but my favorite is still the trap with the fine netting that you built. Really interested in what that turn up!

Nice job and interesting video to watch, because you cover everything. I was wondering how you get the catch out. It cant be that easy to get a legal lobster or spider crab out through the catch entrance. I guess one could cut out a large square area next to the entrance and put in a netted door that opens at one side, Or did you literally pull everything out through the main hole?

I was watching your other videos on making lobster pots this morning and then you uploaded this one. Spooky! lol. I might have to give this a go off of the beach in Norfolk later this year. If I do I'll film it and credit your video obviously. Am I right in thinking your name is pronounced Troy? Take care, Chas :0)
