Hi from Sylvan Lake, Alberta, Canada 👋Sorry for being a vampire for way to long! lol I've been doing your (and yours only) workouts for the last 10 months. I'm 60yrs old and have been working out since I was 20. I grew up dancing till I was 18. When I hit 20 I felt the need to challenge my body like dancing had done. So I started taking aerobics classes....just as the 80's aerobics class craze hit big. Then fitness vhs tapes became popular, so that began my journey staying in shape working out at home instead of the gym. I had a huge collection from Tamilee Webb, to Jane Fonda. Then when Gin Miller came out with Step Aerobics that became my thing....loved Keli Roberts, Kathy Smith and Tamilee (hers were on Fit TV) step tapes. Did that for years along with walking/hiking. Over the years I added in yoga, TaeBo, pilates. When Jillian Michaels & Bob Harper came on the scene with their dvd's, that was when I realized how extremely important it is to add weight and resistance training into my routine. So everyday I rotated the type of, body area and even the length of time for my workout of the day. I found your channel 10 month ago and WOW!!!! Game Changer!!! I fell in LOVE with your workouts from the very first one!!! From that day on I have only done your workouts!!! You have the greatest variety of workouts!! You are what were my go to fitness trainers (Jillian Michaels Bob Harper, Gin Miller, Kathy Smith) all wrapped together in one and then some!!! I even had my daughter (24yrs old) check out your channel. She previously did a lot of dance type, yoga, Bob & Jillian videos but now she does only yours as well. THANK YOU sooooo much for all your hard work making these amazing videos!!!❤❤❤❤

Similar fitness journey to you whith working out at the Gym doing aerobics and dancing then later on at home with videos etc..I'm 71 and loving Christina especially the strength which i used to find boring. Not boring any more!

This kept me on track AFTER the holidays! I got up and said, "You can do 20 minutes." I usually don't use a riser but was able to add 1 for this 1. Now, I have time to stretch and do mobility. Thank you!
