    Loved that thank you Tana! Would be great if, before the core exercises, you could maybe slow down a bit to explain the correct positioning? Sometimes I feel like I'm slightly rushing it and not feeling it in the right areas. Appreciate these so much though, thanks!

    So many things to like about this class! Perfect length for what my body needed today, fun sequencing, really appreciate how I was cued to "rock up" into a seated position (as I always do) instead of rolling onto my side. And I loved the birds singing! So glad I found your channel. 🙂💪

    I really love your yoga. I was super into HIIT workouts and I was experiencing a lot of hip/back pain. I recently made the switch and find it hard to find yoga/pilates that are challenging enough for me. Yours actually make me feel like I got in a good workout. I ran before today, and it was perfect.
