20 Min Cardio and Abs Workout- HIIT Style No Equipment At Home Workout
Get ready to move with this 20 minute cardio and abs workout. Grab a mat because we’re going to be moving up and down a lot. We’ll be alternating standing exercises with floor ab exercises for a true total body burn. This workout is HIIT style so we’re doing 40 seconds of exercises followed by 20 seconds of rest and repeating the circuit two times. Let’s do this!

Squat to Kick Front
Plank w/ Taps
Pop Squats
Bicycles
Standing Oblique Crunch
Mountain Climbers
Seal Jacks
Sit Up to Reverse Bridge
Butt Kicks
