First of all, Addiction usually has its roller coaster ride where you stop and then submit to the addiction, then you clean up. It’s part of a process, however the fact that you admit you are an alcoholic, and you know your triggers is a good thing. Keep focusing on achieving your goal and don’t be hard on yourself. Keep working on yourself and remember that there are many people who have achieved sobriety and with a firm commitment you can as well. Best wishes and keep going forward.

I’m 56 and just blew 6 months sobriety. These people were so much younger. I wish I could hear more success stories about older people. My income more than doubled in that 6 months. I didn’t start heavy until I was 45 and it went all the way to physical addiction and horrible hospitalization withdrawals. I’m a week sober now after a trip to the ER. It took me only one week to be physically unable to stop this time. People don’t talk enough about the physical trap and having no choice but to drink or die. Be careful. It can happen fast and it is a terrible place to be. I’m scared it will happen again and I loved my sober life. One day your physiology changes. Horrible and terrifying. Choose now before your body chooses for you.

She is living at some friends fast food restaurant 😞 She has had many rock bottoms why isn’t she waking up 😢

She is scared deep inside. She thinks everything is lost. She thinks she will never be physically her best. She thinks she wants to burn out. Every person has a little hope left inside of them even in their worst spiral. Society has glamourised alcohol. I hope someday you can put your resentment aside and take her in. Physical fitness, something as simple as going for a run to going to the gym. It changes your appetite, your perspective, chemical secretion inside the body and mood. I hope she can find her strength

I would like you to do a video on average every day people who drink maybe and they’re not alcoholics and maybe they are but they drink too much and they use it as a crutch. They’re not able to stop their lives, and they do have normal lives sort of. But they’re wasting a lot of their potential because they use drink as a crutch. They need to stop drinking too. Because they make decisions that might not be the most sensible but they don’t seem terrible. You get clarity when you don’t drink for sure. Even if you just drink a moderate amount and you can live a life you still don’t Live your best clearer sense of life. And that’s too bad because you have such potential and you still don’t work up to it because you drink not a lot but enough to make you not be as clear as you should. Especially when there is addiction in the family and you ignore that anyway. So I would like to have some videos that I could send family members. They need to stop drinking just because it’s gonna be better for them and the family. Not because they’re crazy alcoholic insane people but because they should stop drinking. Because it’s a bother some thing and it affects them and others. They could be much smarter and doing much better. So what do you think are you gonna have some of those stories? There are tons of regular people who shouldn’t be drinking and it’s pathetic because the culture is pushing addiction and pushing alcohol and I’m sick of it but they’re not gonna listen to people that are famous because that isn’t even something they relate to. Please consider!

Biggest problem for normal people to quit alcohol even if its not that bad as 1 per week or 1 per 2 weeks...all these people for example are rich so they can have lot of fun, dopamine and all good feelings from money which they can spend on holidays, cars and all the things ..so they enjoy life to the fullest..no need to take drugs because their life is like drug for normal people .but other normal people usually arent happy in their life doing shitty job so enjoy life little bit with alcohol is one of the easiest ways

I disagree, there is a saying that goes like " the more money you make, the more problems you have" . Once you have wealth, you have so much pressure and stress to try and maintain the wealth. Of course, we think the opposite because we arent filthy rich, but knowing people who have a lot of money...sometimes they do miss being normal.

that's a lame lame excuse the idea is personal responsibility you can be happy without drugs an alcohol you are in control of your emotions unless stabbed or staving. It's a sorry excuse to say the rich affluent blah blah get rich it's America its doable don't do any drugs or alcohol is step one
