Ich finde es auch schade, aber man sieht einfach welche Vorteile das foilen bringt, es ist bei Shop einfacher für den Körper und dazu auch die Geschwindigkeit in den Manövern. Bleibe trotzdem Finnen lover 🤙🏻

Interesting seeing the fins vs the foils, I switched to foiling and have noticed that my board speed is now passing the fins out there. I just hate sailing in chop of a fin now.

Top speed definitely is better with fin! If not comparing crazy speed runs but only normal speeds on an average day then fin with 7.0 probably 36 knots and with foil 6.0 on the same day probably only 34 knots.

congrats on your results! what is this colar in your neck you are wearing? is this additional protection for foiling?

Yes, it is! It is usually for cart racing but I modified it so it would fit on to an impact vest. I have not had a really bad crash while using it but I can imagine that it makes the difference when you fully explode while going 30+ knots...

Great performance Michele. Can I ask you something? I saw you have a neck collar when foiling, is for the crash impact? Can you send me link to try to find? Thanks

Hey Patrizio, sorry for the late response. Yes, indeed it should help in critical crashes on the foil. Unfortunately I can't send links here but it is for cart racing from the brand "Sparco". Maybe you can already find it. I spend 2 extra hours to modify/ cut it and add the things to attach it on the impact vest.

Ich glaube das waren hier so ca. ab 20 Knoten also ich konnte dann immer 6.8 auf der Finne fahren
