It's easy to be a Seahawks fan. But who's still sticking with our team these days after two decades of failure. I'm still here rooting for OUR team. I'll be wearing my mariners gear until the day I die, even if they finish last place every year.

Terrible decision to play Moore over Fraley yesterday. Cost us the game. Couldn't make the play on the double that scored the only two runs for Anaheim (no question Fraley comes up with that) and then fails miserably in the 7th with a man on 3rd. Fraley is way more clutch and twice as likely to bring torrens in. Servais trying to get all fancy with the match ups. Play your best F'n players man!!! That's obviously why Kikuchi isn't around these days.

Growing up an 80's and 90's kid in the NW was pretty awesome. I wish we could've seen the club win a WS with Griffey but growing up watching him and Randy Johnson and so many other special players was good times. In all of sports really.

As an Indians fan, I was keen to what the Mariners were doing in 1995. I do recall Griffey's winning run against the Yankees. You had a 2-1 lead against the Tribe in the ALCS but we just had the baseball gods on our side that year (100-44 record).

I also went to #7 with my dad i was excited to see griffey play and once we got there found out he wasnt in the line up ended up being 14 inning game i believe and finally they had griffey pinch hit his only at bat of the game and won it

Bosio ahead of Randy's no hitter is an odd choice is best I can say. Can't argue with Felix though. The griffey back to back was an epic MLB moment. Hit record no one ever thought would be broken. Edgars game 4 is almost as legendary as Game 5. Winning that 1st division title was such an epic moment for everyone alive back then.

I would add Griffey’s walk off grand slam off Wetteland and the Yankees on August 24, 1995. It started the magical 1995 run. I’d replace that for Bosio’s no-hitter, which wasn’t any more meaningful than Iwakuma’s no-no (and definitely less consequential for the team than Griffey’s walk-off)
