I have a couple M2 20 gauges. My guns seem to like the Indian creek .555 and .562 My son's gun has a RRaptor .565 n shoots great. I usually shoot a Carlson choke 1st in every turkey gun I buy b4 spending more money for a high end choke that may or may not pattern well. Carlson chokes usually shoot pretty good. I have most of the choke brands but usually settle on an Indian creek it seems. I started with federal tss n then apex. Went to Rogue n was extremely happy with it but now handload my own tss shells. I like ur videos n content. The M2 drill n tap was pretty good. Thanks for sharing. Best of luck this spring.

The Indian creek chokes are hard to beat. That’s what I ran in my previous turkey guns. Thanks for watching.

I have a M2 and have shot the jebs .555 and .560. Code black .565 Carlson .568 and the IC .555 and .570 The Carlson.568 and IC .570 shoot leaps and bounds above the rest out of mine. The .568 loves the ninja’s and the .570 shoots pretty much any tss load I’ve put through it. Good luck with figuring yours out.

Been shooting a M2 20 for 14 years with TSS handloads. Indian creek 555 all day. Apex or boss tom 9s are good but handloaded 1.75 oz of 9.5’s are even better!

Dude 20ga Apex TSS is insane. I ran the 9/10 shot Greenleaf last year with an Indian Creek choke. Hits like a freight train.

Ok another pattern video on KZread. I’d be more impressed if you shot ballistic gel for a real test on how it penetrates at those stretched out distances.

50 yards with TSS 9’s is a cakewalk. At 1120 fps real muzzle velocity 9s will kill out to 73-74 yards energy wise. 7’s will kill out to 110ish but virtually no guns pattern well enough to do that. Seen a guy playing with handloads for a 10 gauge about 11-12 years ago getting killing patterns with 2.75oz of 7’s at 90 though!!

Benelli M2 20ga with Trulock 585 choke. I have patterned mine to 70yds to see what it would do ( it held a killing pattern) its crazy how same make and model guns pattern different.

I THINK YOU'D GET MORE COMMENTS IF YOU WOULD HAVE SAID TELL WHAT SETUP YOU SHOOTING OUT OF YOUR 20 GA MORE OPEN ENDED THAN OUT OF YOUR M2. THAT LIMITS THE REPLIES FOR SURE. I WOULD RECOMMEND A .568 CARLSONS LONG BEARD OR PATTERN MASTER IN A .570. NICE VIDEO EXPECT SPLATTER TARGETS AT THE END WHEN SHOOTING TSS WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER.
