Vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds all contain naturally occurring chemicals to protect themselves from predators, like us, consuming much can result in joint pain, digestive issues plus how the food is grown is very important, if its not native to the area it probably needs herbicides and pesticides in huge quantities like "California" almonds.

If you sweat every single day you can reverse any type of diabetes and heart disease. If you’re just looking for a quick fix like “trying” to change your eating habits and just doing lite walking, you’re not going to fix nothing. Sweating is key. You have to start doing the hard things first the things that you don’t really want to do, and that is HARDCORE walking, running, cycling, hiking, stair climbing, squats, aerobics. But then again you probably have a weak mindset you just want to take it easy doing the things that you feel comfortable and not to hard. That’s not going to get you the results that you really want. If you really want it go HAM every single day NO DAYS OFF!

sweating isn’t the best way to measure an effective workout. any real trainer will tell you this due to there are other variables that effect why you sweat. your genetics for example and the temperature of the area also play an apart. also promoting NO DAYS OFF how you like to call it is very unwise since your muscle do need a rest to repair themselves from the damage of working out. by not giving your muscles enough time to repair and recover you increase the chance and rate of a potential injury such as a severe tear. also, just because someone has diabetes and heart disease doesn't mean they live an unhealthy lifestyle. sadly, not everyone is born perfect. some people are born with a weak pancreas that doesn't produce enough insulin also same thing for the heart not everyone is born with a perfect heart. not everything is caused by poor diet and poor lifestyle choices. and to assume it is just poor judgement and poor human being. @@bench-clearingbrawl7737

My Dr. just told me today that no carb , low carb is not healthy as humans burn carbs for energy . Our brains need carbs to function.. exercise, learn to get rid of stress eat a wide range of foods , go easy ! Lean high quality protein is great , just use moderation … in every category .. the correct amount of carbs are a must though

@snarecat Don't be fooled. You have to realize your Doctor is going to tell you whatever he needs to, to continue to pay for his Mercedes parked out front (lol). Realize by now that Doctors want you to be sick and "keep coming back." Do the research yourself and take what your doctor says with a "grain of salt." We all know what too many carbs can do to our bodies by harming it. Doctors also give their Cancer patients Macaroni and Cheese, tons of Bread in their hospitals, and tell them to eat what they want, so take that for what it's worth. Empower yourself and blessings to you my friend.

They don't/didn't eat junk and they either didn't smoke ever or they quit, and they are/were very moderate drinkers of alcohol, but they also don't/didn't avoid all sugar or high carbs. There are so many factors that go into how long someone lives and the quality of their lives as they age. Studies have shown that vegetables high in purines, such as asparagus and spinach, don't increase the risk of gout or recurring gout attacks. I Don't know if this is still the case due to information is limited. what does your doctor say about it??? also while red meat is off the table white meat like chicken breast should be fine. and if you have Goul a low carb diet isn't really an option. honestly carbs aren't bad I lost 100lbs and my diet is about 40 percent carbs.

Almost every zero carb food list is mostly lies. Close to zero carb foods are meats, meat products like eggs, some seafoods but not all, fats like eggs, butter, cheese, meat fats. Low carb foods are fresh greens, lettuce, okra, summer squash, asparagus, artichokes, cucumbers, green beans, cauliflower, broccoli, kale, cabbage, chard, spinach, mushrooms. No fruit is low carb including avocados and should be avoided on a low carb diet. Yogurt should also be avoided along with nuts and seeds. Tomatoes, peppers, and onions are not low carb they are medium carb foods and they should be eaten only in limited amounts. If you're thinking about following a low carb diet then during induction phase where you're trying to actively trying to lose weight you should be eating less than 20 carbs per day. After you reach your desired weight then you enter the maintenance phase you may be able to increase your carb intake to perhaps 30 or so carbs and still remain in ketosis depending on your activity levels. After 30 years of eating a very low carb diet my view of the diet has changed. Most people think the diet is about eating lots of low carb vegetables but that's wrong. You should be thinking of eating a carnivore diet where meats, sea foods, and fats are 90% of your diet and provide 100% of your nutrition. Then you allow yourself a small amount of low carb vegetables, not for nutrition but simply for eating satisfaction. I allow myself 12 carbs per day.
